Then we offer you our exclusive apartment with beautiful Baltic Sea in Grömitz directly on the dike, the optimal alternative.

The apartment is practical and cozy. You avoid the otherwise inevitable transition to the restaurant, because you can cook quickly in your holiday apartment itself something. Especially for holidays with small children, offers this alternative.

The wheelchair accessible apartment is located in the end (elevator) of a small family residential complex directly on the dike just a few meters from the sandy beach. With a floor space of approx. 85 m² on the upper floor there is a spacious, open living room with adjoining, approx. 15m² large balcony with lake view, a bedroom with lake view, kitchen, hallway and shower room / WC. If necessary, in the attic, about 20m ², another sep. Day room with lake view, and a full bath / WC are open (not for nights). A closed carport with electr. Rolling gate as well as a sep. Storage room for bicycles, etc. are included.

The lovely furnishings and cozy warmth of our apartments you can maybe even forgotten that you are not really at home. You can expect a beautifully furnished apartment, bright and full of light, overlooking the Baltic Sea directly on the dike. It impresses with its super location in the end days of an attractive new building and its high furnishing with high-quality flooring in all rooms and modern tiles in bathroom / WC. From the large balcony (2.5x6m) you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Baltic Sea. There is a wheelchair ramp for the threshold to the balcony. The elevator, the floor-level shower and threshold-free doors make the Non smoking apartment for elderly residents attractive. The apartment is fully equipped with fireplace, washer / dryer, fully automatic coffee machine, 117cm flatscreen TV with Bluyray player and div. Blurays / DVD`s, cot and high chair, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, board games, children's toys and parasol on the balcony. Furthermore, Internet access and a closed carport with electric. Roll-up door and a sep. Storage for bikes etc. included.

In modern open kitchen you will find on the electric stove incl. Induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, dishes, cutlery, toaster, kettle to cup coffee machine everything you need for cooking and eating pleasurable.

The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe.

The cozy and inviting living room is equipped with a stereo system and a 117cm flatscreen TV with BluRay player incl. Blurays / DVDs equipped. It offers seating for 4-6 people and from the panoramic windows a great view of the Baltic Sea. So you can relax first on the comfortable sofa after a long day. The sleeping comfort bed is also suitable as a permanent sleeper for 2 additional people.

All in all our holiday homes established homey and cozy: the furniture is discreet and unobtrusive, everything invites you to relax in a cozy atmosphere. Pets are allowed on request. Long term renters are welcome!

Arrival and departure count as one day. The prices are are pure rental costs excl. One-time € 70.00 final cleaning. The prices are for 2 person occupancy. For each additional person from 2-18 years we charge a surcharge of 10 € / night, for each additional person over 18 years 20 € / night (max 6 people = 2-4 adults.+ Children)

The prices are valid for the 1st + 2. Person. For the 3rd + 4th Person is a high quality sofa bed in the living room. For the 5th and 6th 2 additional beds are available on request. The attic is only for the 5th - 6. Person open-minded or at extra charge,

Eine sehr gut ausgestatte Wohnung in zentraler Lage mit großem Balkon. Verbrauchsmaterialien (Seife, Schwammtuch, Toilettenpapier sind für die ersten Tage mitzubringen, wenn Anreise am Wochenende erfolgt), da bei uns gar nicht oder spärlich vorhanden.

Directly in front of the dike in. 1 Series in the end of days! In a few steps to get to the main promenade, Baltic Sea and the beach. In 2 minutes you reach all sources of supply and the pedestrian area,

Grömitz is located in the heart of the Bay of Lübeck on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein (Ostholstein) and has approx. 7 500 inhabitants; in season from the end of June, the population incl. the spa guests increased to about 75 000 per day by the end of September. That means an overnight number of about 2 million people.

The Baltic resort of Grömitz is excellent as a family-friendly resort by the Federal Ministry, with one of the most beautiful beach promenades of 3.5 km in length in the 20's style, an 8 km wide, fine sandy beach, a 389 m long pier with boat traffic, marina with 780 berths, the park, an 27 hole golf course, as well as many cozy pubs, nightclubs, fashionable restaurants and cafes and a pedestrian area invite you to linger.

Furthermore Grömitz has an experience-sea water wave pool with sauna area, and a massage area with moor and Lehmbädern and other health care services.

In Grömitz you will find all shops for daily needs. The nearest train station is located in about 12 km away in Neustadt. Here is also the entrance of the A1 motorway (Vogelfluglinie), Hamburg - Lübeck - Puttgarden, After Lübeck is 45 km, Distance to Hamburg is approximately 100 KM.

Although our apartment is quiet and located directly in front of the dike Grömitzer, our guests do not need to feel encapsulated. In a few minutes you will reach the town center, which features the pedestrian and shopping mile, as well as the park.
