Looking for the premier unit directly on the Gulf of Mexico? Check out this spectacularly appointed unit in Pensacola Beach's most desirable condominium complex. Emerald Isle is a 16-story luxury high rise on almost five acres with 300 feet directly on the Gulf of Mexico.

This platinum-rated unit, elegantly decorated in neutral tones, is located on the first living floor (one and half stories up from ground) and has a private balcony overlooking the swimming pools, hot tub, and directly facing the emerald blue/green gulf waters. There is designer, 20-inch ceramic tile throughout.

Upgraded internet service that is password protected.

ROOM DESCRIPTIONS:

FAMILY ROOM: Has a panoramic view of the Gulf with floor-to-ceiling glass windows that cover the entire south (Gulf) and western (sunsets) wall. The room is tastefully decorated with two comfortable leather sofas (one has a queen-size sofa bed), a recliner plus two matching chairs. There's a new 55-inch HD flat screen TV and a DVR so you can tape all your favorite shows. There's also a DVD player.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with ceramic counter tops and designer series appliances. There also are plenty of pots, pans, utensils etc. needed to cook up a feast. There are ample dinner and silverware settings along with plenty of cups,

wine glasses, and bowls for entertaining and casual dining.

DINING ROOM: The stunning formal dining room has seating for eight and a beautiful beach-themed glass display cabinet that matches the table.

MASTER BEDROOM: There's an extremely comfortable king bed, overlooking the Gulf and a 40-inch Samsung TV attached to the wall. There's also a spacious closet. The master bath has jet tub.

SECOND BEDROOM: There are two queen beds, a beach cabinet, big closet and a 32-inch TV.

THIRD BEDROOM: There are two twin beds, plenty of closet space and a 32-inch TV attached to the wall.

SECOND BATHROOM: Features a full tub and shower, and vanity. It is situated off the dining room for easy access by family or guests.

PRIVATE BALCONY: Provides awesome views of the two pools, spa and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and crystal-white beach. There are four bar-height patio pipe chairs and table that are perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Includes a full-sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board plus storage for beach furniture and beach towels.

OTHER CONDO FEATURES: Free WiFi, beach chairs and noodles, Pack -n- Play, booster seat.

COMMON AREA: Features two huge pools, one heated during the

Fall/Winter months, plus a spa for relaxation. Ample chaise lounges, tables, and chairs are situated on the cool-surface pool deck for you to enjoy your day at the poo. The beach is steps away over the boardwalk. There is a shower near the boardwalk entrance to clean off after a day at the beach.

GYM & SAUNA: A workout room and sauna are located on the first floor with a view of the pools and beach.

ELEVATORS: There are two elevators and plenty of rolling luggage carts. For convenience, there is a stairwell right outside our condo for easy access to the parking lot.

PARKING: Parking lot has an electronic gated system as well as electronic secure entry areas to the building. There is a boardwalk /dune walkover to the beach with outside showers.

RESTAURANTS/ENTERTAINMENT.: Emerald Isle is centrally located on Pensacola Beach with plenty of restaurants, outdoor activities, and nightly entertainment just steps away. A beach trolley runs during the summer.

OTHER ENTERTAINMENT: Historic downtown Pensacola, shopping malls, Naval Air Station (famous Blue Angels), museums, boating, sport fishing, golfing, tennis and much much more are just minutes away!

Great condo in perfect location and Margaret has done an excellent job of thinking of all the extras

We loved our stay at Emerald Isle Resort on Santa Rosa Island. Convenience is the key word I keep coming back to. Our first floor condo made it easy to get to the pool and to the ocean. The beach chairs Margaret had were an extra benefit because renting them was extremely expensive over the July 4th holiday. We feel like we were able to enjoy the ocean, pool and condo and it never seemed like a big deal if you needed to run back into the condo for something. Another great plus we loved was that almost everything was in walking distance because the condo is located perfectly along strip there. I really like the local feel on Santa Rosa Island and will definitely be coming back.

Family Vacation

This condo was a perfect fit for 3 couples and 2 children. Beautifully decorated for a rental condo with plenty of room to spread out. It has everthing you need for a beach vacation. Easy access to some great restaurants in the Pensacola Beach area. Flounders and Hemingways were our favorites. We used the free shuttle every night to explore the area. Owner Margaret sets the bar at the top in terms of customer service. Thanks Margaret for a wonderful place to stay.

The Perfect Vacation

What can I say that hasn't been said in the host of other 5-star reviews? Not much - other than to reiterate that we had a very positive experience from beginning to end. Margaret was very professional and prompt answering my initial questions. She made the transaction through HomeAway very easy for us. The Condo was better than the pictures, which is saying something. The unit was clean and had no issues. Perfect layout overlooking the Gulf. The beach panorama photos sealed the deal, but after walking in on a bright sunny day on check-in, well - they don't do it justice. Really beautiful. And Emerald Isle is in the perfect location in the core of Pensacola Beach. The pier and boardwalk are within walking distance. Restaurants, bars, convenience store are within a quarter mile. Once we got our groceries in Gulf Breeze, there was really no need for us to leave if we didn't want to. Certainly no need to drive anywhere. But what really set the experience apart was working with Margaret. By far our best vacation rental experience. I can give no greater compliment other than to say that we'll be back. Thanks for a great vacation!

Well maintained, well furnished, spacious vacation condo with spectacular ocean front situation. Margaret (the owner) was very helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to vacation in the Pensacola area.

Beautiful condo and great location.

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle. The condo was beautiful. It was nicely decorated and very clean. Although the weather wasn't that great ( wind and rain), we were still able to enjoy many of the near by restaurants and attractions. The condo is also conveniently within walking distance to many shops and restaurants which was a major plus for us. Margaret was a very gracious and accommodating hostess. We highly recommend this place!

Clean, comfortable and very well supplied!

Margaret Ryan, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful! Along with being a font of information herself, she has prepared a binder of information for her visitors. The condo is on the east/south corner of the building with lots of windows and sunshine! The whole place was very clean. The kitchen was the most well-equipped kitchen we have discovered in our rental experiences. The extras provided made our stay so much nicer - like beach towels and beach chairs. Being on the first floor allowed a great view of the pool area - with a continuing view of the gulf. Also - there were stairs right outside the door - no waiting on the elevators! Don't miss Joe Patti's Seafood Market while you are there!
