Casa Palmerasol

You enter the house and enter the entrance area of ​​the house. To the right you enter the spacious living area with adjoining open kitchen and conservatory. The spacious living area, furnished with high-quality furniture, has a leather sofa set and a comfortable armchair. There is a fireplace (decoration only), a flat screen TV, DVD and a stereo. WIFI is available for free in the house. Attached to the living area is a conservatory. Almost 12 meters of panoramic sliding doors in the conservatory give a view of the park-like garden and pool. There is also a large dining table with a bench and 4 chairs.

Casa Palmerasol has a modern, open-plan, high-gloss kitchen with cooking island and an induction hob. An oven, large fridge, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc., enough dishes, pots and kitchen appliances are available. In the adjacent storage room is another fridge for drinks, a microwave and a freezer with 5 drawers. Furthermore, here are the washing machine and the dryer. In the lower part of the house there are 2 bedrooms. The large bedroom has a window and on the opposite side a double-winged glass door leading into the beautiful garden. The other bedroom downstairs has a window to the garden side. To ensure a pleasant sleeping climate, even in high summer, there are high quality, very quiet running ceiling fans in all bedrooms. In the lower part you have a beautifully designed bathroom with a large vanity and a shower with a fixed sliding glass door available. In the upper part of the house there is another large bedroom and a separate bathroom with vanity and a shower bath which also has a fixed shower door. From the upper bedroom and the hall there are further double-winged glass doors leading to the sun terrace. From here and from the dining area of ​​the house you can look at the approximately 200 meters away from the sea.

Directly on the side of the conservatory there is a covered outdoor terrace. The pool is surrounded by an approximately 200 square meters large terrace, here you will find both sunny and shady places and a walled outdoor shower. Sufficient sunbeds and 2 seating areas with chairs and a hammock are available for you. Under the covered outdoor terrace is still a cozy lounge chair set.

The Casa Palmerasol is located in the urbanization Vallgonera-EsPas, this is a district of Cala Pi. In the villa settlement, the house is located on a ca 940qm completed corner lot. Cala Pi is located in the south of Majorca, about 30 minutes from the airport. In the village there are several restaurants and 2 small supermarkets. The sandy beach of the rocky bay of Cala Pi and the small opposite bay Cala Beltran are the last bathing possibilities in front of the about 20 km distant Arenal. On the crag of the village is a medieval watchtower where you can see the turquoise waters of the beautiful Cala Pi bay. From the village, long walks on the pristine cliffs in the nature reserve are possible. The approximately 7km long Estrenc beach is about 15 minutes away, Palma about 30 minutes. Golf courses, amusement parks, museums, water sports activities, sights and other shopping facilities are easily reached by car in about 30 minutes.

The small tranquil resort of Cala Pi is located on the south coast of Majorca.

On the promontory projecting into the sea of ​​Cala Pi wakes a medieval tower. From here you can enjoy the magnificent views, past the housing developments Vallgonera and Espås over to Estrenc beach and Colonia Sant Jordi. The Cala Pi Bay is one of the most beautiful bays in Majorca.
