I grew up in Missouri, one of twelve children. Enlisted in the U.S.A.F. in 1970 and served six years as an Administrative Specialist. I am mother of two and grandmother of four. I have lived in Idaho since 1994. I love the great Idaho outdoors and like to share it with others.
Paula Dorris purchased this cabin in 1994
Beautiful surroundings, close to Lake Cascade
I Strive for 100% guest satisfaction. The cabin is very compfortable with everything needed for a great stay. Boat docks and trails are close.
Sid & Eileen came up to Cascade to this cabin on our first date start a what can be a very, very, cool & good frindship and next weekend maybe we'll come and play in the snow with the bunny.
This was out first time staying in a cabin in cascade, and it was great, we had such a great time and will come back every year. Tim was very nice, he swept the deck every morning for snow and shoveled the walk ways. The house is well stocked with everything we might need, very cozy. Thank you very much for a fantastic stay.
Our family arrived - 6 adults and 3 children under the age of two. Paula had arranged for baby cribs and high chairs for the kids, and the accommodations were terrific. The cabin was stocked with everything and anything you could possibly need or imagine. What a great library of movies, games and puzzles - we all had so much rest, relaxation & fun. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and cupboards were filled with lots of excellent culinary equipment. The bathroom was stocked with a plethora of soaps, lotions, notions in the cabinets, and the towels were luxurious. Tom, the neighbor / caretaker dropped by to ensure that our every need was fulfilled. He made us feel so cared for, and Paula welcomed us openly. The motto on the cabin business cards states something like "Arrive as Strangers and Leave as Friends". Truly, we felt we made some dear friends, and we'll definitely be back.
Our 2 families stayed, with 3 total children. It was perfect for a lovely weekend away from everything! We loved it! The cabin was nicely stocked, the owners are so friendly, and it was clean. We will stay again!
The beautiful porch was our favorite part!
This is our second year and the Four Seasons of Fun is even better than the Skyflower. Tim and Paula treat their guests just like family. Great location and awesome amenities.
I came up to the cabin with my in-laws, husband, and, kids. I severely needed a recharge. This experience was amazing! The cabin was great, Tim treated us all like family. We didn't get a chance to meet Paula but hopefully next year. Its a wonderful location to everything. I have already recommended this place to one of my friends and will continue to do so. This was a very memorable experience , one I will treasure! Thank you sooo much for your hospitality! Catherine "Cat" Saucier
We had a wonderful time staying at the cabin. It is a large cozy cabin with all the amenities you need. We enjoyed the large porch watching the nesting robins. Had a fire in the fire pit almost every night. Tim was an amazing host and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.
Ice fishing, Scenic drive to Snowbank Mountain, gorgeous views, May thru October. Gold Fork Hot Springs, very nice.
Tamarack Ski Resort just 10 miles north. Make a 45 min trip to McCall for Annual Snow Sculpture Event last week of January and 1st week of February. Live plays, ice skating, great restaurants, shops, nightclubs.
