The Front unit in second building, affords an oversize view balcony, with views of pools, lush tropical gardens, palm trees and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. A memory foam King Size bed in the master bedroom will have you sleeping like a king after a fun day in the sun. Fully equipped kitchen, with all linens, bath and beach towels.
Private, yet conveniently located in the center of 7 mile beach for walking to restaurants and shopping. Water Sports rentals right next door, on the beach. High Speed Internet, Fkat screen Tvs in each bedroom nd living room.
5 minute walk to Camana Bay with upscale shopping, gourmet dining, coffee shops, ice cream shops, deli's, views of the North Sound, 3 story scenic overlook and Stadium seating movie theater.
You will be greeted by our personal property manager who will assist you with suggestions about restaurants and excursions.
Inside the Condo: This second floor Condo provides you with beautiful views of the sea and sunsets. The condo is fully equipped with all your needs. Housekeeping is included, beach towels provided. Washer/Dryer inside the unit. Free Wireless Internet service. Flat screen televisions with library of VHS and DVD's.
Close to Everything: The condo is centrally located on 7 Mile beach and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Water sports rentals are located right next door. Dive and snorkel operators offer courtesy pick up right at the condo. Take a day trip to Rum point, visit the Turtle Farm, swim with the dolphins, take a stroll through the Botanical Gardens or drive the island and be sure to stop at the blowholes along the South Side. We will be happy to give you our suggestions to make your vacation the most it can be!

Ideal location for privacy and views, Ideal interior layout. Front unit of second building from Ocean enables great views, an oversize view and lounge balcony, separation of bedrooms, access to balcony directly from master bedroom in addition to the living room. It is well manicured with palms and a wide variety of flowering plants. There is a whirlpool, Ocean front swimming pool, tennis, fitness room and grills, all within steps of the condo. But, the most amazing thing is the white powdery sand of the beach, going directly in the the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea!
Perfect location on 7 Mile and within the complex. Regal Beach #523 is very well equipped! It has all the amenities of your own home. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay most comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a washer / dryer in the condo for your personal use. There are 3 LCD tv's, wireless internet, books, games and a large collection of DVD's (100+) for your enjoyment. We even have beach toys for the kids! Not to mention high quality bedding, bath and body works amenities and soft fluffy towels. Beach towels are provided as well. Our cleaning staff is top notch. Cinnamon, our personal property manager is available for you during your entire stay on the island. She is always available to make dinner and activity suggestions. So you can kick back, relax and enjoy your island experience!
We rented #523 from the owner, and were very pleased with the facility. There were two pools, the smaller one for our toddler was ideal, and the beach was never crowded (compared with the Marriott literally next door that was lined with chairs). We never used them, but there are gas grills, tennis court, etc. to use. The only issue we faced was a mis-communication with the rental agency on where to meet up to check in, but that had nothing to do with Regal Beach, and their front desk was very helpful.
The location is perfect. Pretty much at the center of Seven Mile Beach, so pretty much no more than 10 minutes to anything on that side of the island...and only about 45 minutes to Rum Point.
Easy access to car rentals at the Avis at the Marriott next door or Andy's a few blocks up. And, the shopping center across the street has everything from a coffee shop to a burger joint to a brew pub and a nice Caribbean restaurant.
Note that there's a night club about 5 buildings north, so if you're considering other hotels in the area, that can be an issue. Also, if you have a young child, this unit didn't have any baby gear (e.g., pack n play), so we rented from Empty Suitcases and it was a smooth delivery. Finally, finedinein.com (like Grub Hub) delivers from nearby restaurants quite quickly given its central location.

I run a multi million dollar vacation rental property management company. When I go on vacation I am a tough customer! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The master bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever enjoyed on a vacation. The location is outstanding. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The setting is quiet and relaxing. The villa was perfectly clean and the local property manager was a delightful resource. You cannot go wrong with a stay here. I will look forward to returning to this slice of paradise. Beach area was nicely maintained and not crowded although I would imagine it becomes more crowded after Christmas. This was our second visit to the island and we would be happy to return to this complex/condo.
The Regal Beach Club is right on Seven Mile Beach next to the Marriott Hotel. We stayed in a very nice two bedroom two bath condo on the second floor. It had a nicely furnished living room, a well equipped kitchen, one king ensuite bedroom, and one twin bedroom with beds pushed together to make one large bed and a bathroom right across the hall. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to unpack and store your clothing. There is a large TV in the living room/dining room and each bedroom had its own TV as well. The furniture was comfortable with enough seating for 4 people. There was also a screened in deck with table and lounge chairs with a beautiful view of the ocean. The complex has two pools and one smaller shallow pool perfect for children. There were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas on the pristine beach. Water sports equipment was available for rental at the Marriott which also has a great restaurant and snack bars. The condo is located within a short walk of Camana Bay, a high end shopping center with places to eat. There are plenty of cabs and local buses to take you wherever you want to go. Our only recommendation is that the place should be better equipped with soaps, shampoo, lotion, kleenex, etc. We have stayed at other places on Seven Mile Beach and they always provided lots of high end travel size items (rather than the empty dispensers we found at Regal Beach) and we would also recommend that they provide better quality towels. We were also a little put off that we found the refrigerator had lots of left over food items, condiments, half open bottles of wine, etc. We appreciate that some people might want left over stuff, but we did not want to see it in our refrigerator and believe it should have been cleaned out when we arrived. We also would have appreciated more housekeeping service (vacuum, clean sinks and toilets, etc, but didn't really get much help here even though we asked). These are small things, but sometimes it's the little details that make the difference. The people we worked with were friendly, helpful, cooperative and replied in a timely fashion to our emails before we arrived. Carol was great to work with when we were making our reservations and answered all of our questions. you want a place on gorgeous Seven Mile Beach, this is a great value and great location. The property was beautifully lanscaped, well maintained and secure.
We had a great trip to Grand Cayman. It was our first time to the island and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The condo is wonderful - awesome view, clean, bright and in a central location - only a short distance to some delicious restaurants. The beach is heavenly and we snorkeled from the shore.
A few minor improvements - need better lighting in the guest bedroom, cork screw was broken and napkins would be nice. We were told that we would have housekeeping during our visit, but no one come. Not a big deal for us, but thought you would want to know.
We will definitely come back again.
This unit has a great location on Seven Mile Beach. The beach and swimming area are sandy. It is right next to Marriott which has amazing snorkeling. We had beautiful views of the pools and ocean from our unit. Our lanai had a larger area facing the ocean than some of the units. There were plenty of beach chairs both by the pool and on the beach. The exterior of the property is well maintained and much more peaceful than the Marriott next door.
The interior was spacious and very clean. We spent a week and had housekeeping twice. The housekeeping did a great job. It was so nice to have beach towels provided. We were also provided with plenty of paper products (toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towel), dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was a washer and dryer in the unit and a safe.
It was very important to us to have a kitchen as most restaurants are not safe for my daughter with Celiac Disease. The kitchen was well equipped. We also used the grill. We used Kirk's grocery delivery services. Paradise properties arranged to meet the person from Kirk's and our food was delivered before our arrival. Kirk's did a great job of checking labels and choosing items that were safe for my daughter. (Also, grocery stores are closed on Sundays).
Our unit has a closet of ocean toys that were left by other guests--noodles, boogie boards, some fins, sand castle toys.
We used Captain Marvin's for a snorkeling and sting ray excursion. We went to the Turtle Farm, Dolphin Discovery. We used the local bus and taxi's for transportation. Smoothie King is amazing.
We stayed a total of 9 nights at #523, and had a great time.
Carol and Jennifer were very helpful in getting us everything we needed, and it was great that a crib, stroller and beach toys were also available.
Everything was as described. The apartment was clean, bright and spacious, (actually better than the photos depict) and about 50 yards from the beach (next to the marriot which has its own manmade reef for snorkeling), and within easy walking distance to a few good restaurants etc. The balcony is also fly screen-enclosed so we could escape the mosquitoes in the evening which was a nice feature.
Located directly on Seven Mile Beach with Water Sports Activities right next door. On site amenities are two pools, Exercise Room, Tennis Courts, Gas Grills and beautifully manicured grounds. Convenient to shopping, fine restaurants, Georgetown, and 7 minutes from Owen Roberts Airport.

A 13% Cayman Islands government tax applies to all rentals, plus a 8% service fee.
