Live in the fairy tale cottage of Englebrook. Relax by a crackling fire in the warm English hearth.
Centrally located in the heart of romantic old Tulsa, Englebrook cottage was named so because an Englishman traveled across the Atlantic to build a house as a wedding gift for his granddaughter. And it was near the brook that flows west into the Arkansas river from south of old Maple Ridge that the man found the perfect site.

We are a couple from Tulsa who enjoy beautiful historic houses, antiques and landscapes.
This is a quiet relaxing neighborhood within walking distance from the quaint shops at Brookside. church bells ring pleasantly from across the brook hourly.
I rented to Englebrook Cottage for my fathers 70th birthday. Due to my fathers living arrangements I normally rent hotels in Tulsa when I visit, but not anymore. The cottage is fully furnished, very comfortable beds and linens and fully stocked kitchen. My father and I were able to spend quality time together as family and invited a few friends over to enjoy a glass of wine, snacks and laughs on the spacious back patio. The owners Mark and Debra Grimm were available to answer all my questions prior to arrival. The cottage is full a fun trinkets and knick knacks that brought back memories for both my father and myself. My father has such a relaxed weekend, he said wished he could turn 70th every weekend. I will definitely be renting the cottage again.
Englebrook Cottage is a museum of treasured knickknacks, every room filled with beautiful period furniture and interesting collections. Kudos to the crew who keeps the house and grounds spotlessly clean. The layout of the house and patio was perfect for entertaining family and friends who visited us, a wonderful home away from home. The dogs loved the access to the secure back yard through the kitchen and master bedroom doors. Every amenity a traveler could need was thoughtfully provided by the Grimms. The bathrooms and appliances are all updated while keeping the feel of the past. The Brookside location is close to parks, Philbrook Museum and great dining (Billy Sims Barbeque is a must!) We will definitely return to this beautiful home when we visit Tulsa again!
Rented for a stay cation and it was exactly what we needed! Very close to Brookside and Utica Square- hip cute areas of Tulsa with good food.
The ecclectic mix of knick knacks with the comfy beds, fluffy towels and tidiness made this cottage feel just like home. I'm a huge fan of old homes, so this definitely fit the bill but had a lot of nice modern touches mixed with the old.
The owners were so sweet to let us rent on short notice and the kitchen had everything we needed (except paper products!) My friends and I kept talking about how we wished we were staying longer.
I am definitely hoping to return when I can and feel right at home. I seriously cannot express how much I appreciated finding this charming, cozy cottage.
Loved this cottage! All the little knick knacks, the comfort, the location, the yard space. All of it! I would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay again
What a great place to spend a week! We were in town for a youth soccer tournament and met relatives from Pennsylvania. Tulsa was hot and humid during our visit, so we spent a lot of time inside. But even with seven people, 5 adults and two teens, we never felt crowded. Our niece dubbed the house the "I Spy" house, because there were so many interesting little knick-knacks to look at. I'm not sure when I'll get to Tulsa again, but if I do, I will definitely try to stay in this cottage!
What a cute cottage in a beautiful part of town , we loved the location. The cottage was decorated really cute with a lot of antiques & we were thankful for the fun little toys that our daughter could play with. There was 8 of us (one is a 1 year old) and we had plenty of room. There were several issues that we faced but nothing major. One was the rugs were very slippery on the wood floors but we just moved them out of the way. The other issue was, we couldn't find the trash cans because they weren't where the owners said they were. We just made sure to put all trash in bags and set them by the back door. I have informed the owners of this issue so hopefully it can be resolved. We would love to stay here again when we come for our next visit!!
