We stayed 10 days at the Tidewater. The staff was always pleasant, great access to the beach, and wonderful food and shopping within a 15 minute walk.

Furniture is what you would find in a 1 star hotel. The curtains had holes in them. We actually had to pay for parking which I have never had to do. I have been staying in condos in PCB for years. I will not go back to this condo. Definately not worth the price we paid as compared to many others I have stayed in.

Great view, but small changes would improve rating. When we checked in we found black mold near a vent. Maintenance did come promptly and spray killz paint on it and said they would remove it after we checked out. We also brought food to save money, but they did not have measuring cups or pot holders so that made it a little difficult to cook. Then when we’re going to plate our food about 1/2 of the plates were dirty. Finally, the curtain in the living room was broke and had holes in it. I would give it a 3 out of a 5, but all they would have to do is invest about $300 to fix the issues and talk to their cleaning crew and I would give it a 5. With that said, this condo definitely has amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and we do enjoy staying at Tidewater when we visit.

We rented this property for almost a week in august, and it was the first time we have done a VRBO. We loved it! The view was spectacular. Lots of reviews commented on the elevator speeds but we really didnt have any complaints except maybe twice we had to wait a little. But of course it's a 30 floor building so some wait is to be expected. The beach did get a little crowded, but we went to st Andrew's state park more often. Very clean and nicely furnished. 2 adults and 2 kids is who stayed in our room and it was perfect sized. I'd suggest bringing extra paper towels, hand soap, laundry detergent, and maybe extra TP. Other than that we loved the room and loved the view. Only thing is having to drive to every place we went too which is just how the city seems to be. Gorgeous place and would recommend it to friends and family and even stay here again! We didn't have to contact the property manager at all, everything was great! Cant wait to come back!

Spacious one bedroom condo, it was perfect for our family of 4. Nice long balcony, very clean, nice property
