The luxurious St. Maarten condominium includes 400 feet of ocean frontage for beach lovers, in addition to 2 large ocean-front pools (one heated), one indoor heated pool and two hot tubs. An indoor fitness facility with his and hers saunas, game room with pool table, library, and a large well-appointed community room add to the fun before the sun comes up and after it goes down.
Luxurious cotton linens in bed and bath will soothe you after a day at the beach or the raceway. 2,250 square feet of living space sleeps 6 easily, or up to 8 if you use the pull-out queen sofa in the living room. A spacious and open floor plan with direct ocean views lets you enjoy ocean sunrises from the kitchen, the dining area, and the living room simultaneously.
Tired from too much fun in the sun? Enjoy a soak in the master bath’s Jacuzzi for two. For your convenience, there is a full laundry room with washer and dryer. The appliances in kitchen include a built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric grill, crock pot, cooking equipment, dishes, and utensils.
The well-appointed master bedroom has a queen size bed with luxurious linens, direct and unobstructed views of the ocean. There is a large walk-in closet, and a huge master bath with a garden tub (Jacuzzi) and shower for two. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and an attached private bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a separate hallway bath with a glass shower enclosure. All bedrooms have 32 inch flat screen TVs.
Daytona Beach is rated as one of the Top 10 Beach areas in Florida with many attractions to allow the whole family a fun-filled vacation. In addition to having the Daytona International Speedway, Daytona Beach is located 1 ½ - 2 hours away from Disney World and other Orlando area attractions. The Daytona Beach airport is just minutes away.
Free high speed wireless internet comes with the unit. For entertainment, there is cable TV, a DVR, a DVD player, assorted DVDs, and board games. There is a secured underground assigned parking space with one garage door remote; additional parking is available in the visitor’s lot in the front of the building. Although the St. Maarten is a pet-friendly building, guests and renters are prohibited from having pets, and this unit is non-smoking for everyone's enjoyment.
Not all units in the St. Maarten are created equal! Check out the other units in the St. Maarten - but stay with us! Our unit is in a quiet location, with unobstructed views of the ocean. Why pick a northside unit that looks out over a hotel, or a first floor unit that experiences a lot of noise from the pools and public walkways … when you can pick a unit that is direct oceanfront and conveniently located away from noise? Other key location details: Our unit is also located away from the elevator, away from the garbage chute, away from the 6:00 a.m. garbage pickup, and away from noisy neighbors, all of which can potentially ruin a quiet vacation.
There is a 2-week minimum stay requirement for all units in the St. Maarten, but we think that once you stay with us that you won’t want to leave! Monthly rentals are available at a discounted rate.
For the convenience of our guests, we use Ponce Inlet Realty to manage our rentals. Ponce Inlet Realty, located under 10 minutes away from the St. Maarten, is available 7 days a week for any questions or problems you may have, and has a fully staffed rental office to manage your inquiries.

I looked online at other units in the St. Maarten, but chose this one, and boy were we glad we did. The unit is beautifully maintained (owner uses it too) so it doesn't have the wear and tear that one finds in rental-only units. The view from the balcony is spectacular - our friends visited with us, and contacted the owner about renting it themselves. Between the oceanfront, the two outdoor pools, and the indoor pool and gym, we were too exhausted at night to even think about hitting the Daytona nightlife. Beds were extremely comfortable.
Just got back from spending a week at this condo. It is absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable, every thing you need is included, full kitchen, towels, beddings,etc. etc.! Great location, very quiet and beautiful sunset and sundown! Very spacious and air conditioned. Relax and enjoy the views is all you have to do when you check in for your holiday!
Although we have been renting this condo for more then five years, we still impress every year
with the accomodation provide by the owner. There is nothing missing for a family to make us feel
like home. Being on the fifth floor with ocean front balcony make us enjoy it even more
Every year the owner make improvements, like new TV, furnitures, etc.
Over the year we had many friends visiting us, and they all mentionned like us that it is
a five stars condo. We rented our condos before, and this one is way better then others.
We love Daytona Beach area, for the beach, golf, and other activities.
For us this is paradise.
