Wonderful spot - quiet, well-equipped cottage with an amazing view!

  • 5 of 5

My sister and I spent the Christmas holiday here - it was grand! This secluded cottage with a beautiful deck sits on Passamaquoddy Bay and we watched those amazing Fundy tides go in and out. Very relaxing. We walked the trails and saw deer, squirrel tracks, vole tunnels, and gorgeous sunsets. The sweet cottage met all our needs - even a cozy wood stove for the evenings. Thank you, Bob! Lachesha was also most kind and helpful to us.

Nice Spot...Great View!

  • 4 of 5

Just got home from a 3 day stay at this cottage. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the view! Sunrise is out of this world beautiful. The wood stove got a lot of use given the time of year. Nothing quite like wood heat and there was an ample supply of wood. A nice feature of this cottage is the walking (or running if you are so inclined) trail that more or less follows the water’s edge and a farm. We walked it several times a day since the weather was so nice and crisp. The cottage was comfortable for us but would be small in our opinion for any more than 4 adults. There was no cable TV which can make for some a much too quiet time but didn’t bother us. You will want to bring some music though as we did with a Bose Bluetooth. It would be way too quiet without that. Since we were there so late in the year the absence of cable is understandable. Internet service was fine also. Furniture is comfortable except the sofa which is a nuisance because cushions keep sliding out. We moved things around a bit so that we could sit in the comfortable chairs to look at that view out the windows. So nice, that view! If you want peace and quiet this is a great spot but if you are looking for action in Saint Andrews at this time of year think again. It’s a pretty much closed down Town once November rolls around. In the summer and early Fall though it is a super place to visit. Now for the big question...would we visit again? You bet we would!

Perfectly Peaceful

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I loved your cottage! It was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the cool sunny days on the back deck and loved the fire pit in late evenings! Watching the tide and walking out on the beach during low tide was so cool! Thanks for your generous spirit of sharing your property. It was much enjoyed!

rest and relaxation

  • 5 of 5

this is a beautiful get away spot. It is private, on the water with a country setting all around. the birds and chipmunks were a delight for us.,the cottage has everything you would need and we also enjoyed a fire outside under the stars. we also enjoy the country walk past fields and could still see the cottage most of the way. Highly recommend this beautiful spot. Thank you Bob Joyce for sharing this little piece of heaven.
