Definitely not a luxury home...

Positives first; great location, close to the village, kitchen appliances and dish ware were very nice. Bathrooms were remodeled nicely. House was spacious. Hot tub was clean and nice. Negatives; house is very dark, furniture was old and falling apart, showers cannot be adjusted and were very harsh. The shower in the laundry/mud room sprayed everywhere and got the floor soaked. The sectional doesn't stay together and is very worn. The beds weren't comfortable. The house was dirty when we arrived. Spider webs behind all the doors, dirty floors. There was mold at the bottom of the master shower door. Outdoor patio furniture was old and rickety. For the price we paid we were very disappointed. No SHARC passes or bicycles. Sunriver Resort has this home listed in their "luxury" category and we paid for it. It's definitely not a luxury home.

Great location, clean

Pros: home has a great layout, great location, lots of space, cosmetically looks very good. Nice open living space. Hot tub was also very nice.

Cons: in much need of new furniture. Sectional is not connected and has screws that poke out and cut my kids foot. The master bed, barstools and some other furniture need a screwdriver or replaced. The furniture has been abused and are ready to be retired. Along with some of the comforters. I couldn't move without waking up from the bed noise. No garage to store anything, I have kayaks. Also no bikes. Cost over $200 to rent bikes. For the cost of this home, it should have bikes and newer furniture.

Overall great home but would not stay again unless they fix the furniture situation.

I did forward the information you provided to our property management team and they are looking in to the issues you mentioned so we can get that furniture and bedding updated. You are correct though, this home does not have garage access and we also do not guarantee bikes in any of our properties. Again, we will be looking in to the furniture issue and do hope that you keep us in mind for future rentals!

Great family home!

We loved everything about this house. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and everything is modern and comfortable. The hot tub was great, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the foosball table added a bit of fun. I wish we could have stayed longer. The only problem we found was that the gas heat stove in the lower level did not work. Otherwise, this house (and Sunriver) was the perfect family getaway.
