Our condo was originally a Story and Clark Piano factory. The unit has high ceilings and exposed beams on all three floors. Two of four walls are the original brick. We have a reconditioned 1960's piano that was built in our building. The kitchen is cherry wood cabinets and stainless appliances. This was our second home and we love it! We have many things in it that you don't find in a 'rental'.
We are one of the few condos that has a 'real' front door and entry to our garage from within our unit. We have two decks with terrific views of Grand Haven's waterfront scene. There is original artwork throughout and taupe leather couches in the living room. Enjoy the beachfront during the day and the street activity from our decks at night.
Born and raised in Grand Haven. Lived in Vermont for 15 years, which is the reason we purchased this condo. I would drive the kids here in the summer so that they could be with extended family enjoying West Michigan. We moved back in 2007. No dogs are allowed so we purchased a home south of town. Owners of this grand vertical condo in Grand Haven put much thought into accessorizing and stocking it with everything beautiful and practical you could need! Bring your clothes, personals and whatever you want to eat, and you're set. We loved the downtown convenience of the location and the private and quiet atmosphere of a true home away from home. Beds are comfortable, kitchen and bath are clean, and the artwork provides a pleasing atmosphere for a true vacation. You won't want for a kitchen tool or a forgotten personal care product. Just enjoy yourselves.
My husband and parents rented this beautiful condominium in Grand Haven. The condo itself has so much character, the beds were really comfortable, amenities were provided, and the location right in downtown Grand Haven was perfect. This in addition to turning all the lights off on the main floor at night and watching the spectacular light show across the way. I wish that we had had more time to walk to the lake and explore! Also a perk was a garage. The owners made it very easy to check in as well. I 100% recommend this condo to anyone. May is also a beautiful month in Michigan -

We love Grand Haven any time of the year. This is a great condo that is comfortable and has everything you need.
We rented the condo for several months as we transitioned from selling one home and
moving into our new one. The location is great....across the street from Portabellos and two
streets over from the main shopping street. It's a wonderful evening walk up the boardwalk
and to the lighthouse and beach area,too. We've rented very high end homes on the Outer
Banks of North Carolina during various summers and this condo is better stocked than any
of them. The kitchen has everything imaginable that you'd need, the family room furniture is
comfortable and well cared for. The beds are both very comfortable and there are plentiful
towels, sheets, etc.
Do be aware that it is a 3 story condo so wouldn't work for seniors as well. You enter on the main floor through the garage or the front door then climb 20 stairs. The second floor has two very large bedrooms (the master has a large L shaped balcony with lots of seats) with their own bathrooms as well as a stacked laundry system. 18 more steps to the third floor get you to the open great room and kitchen as well as a 1/2 bath and another L shaped balcony with seating to view everything!
I would (and have) highly recommended this condo to others! Enjoy!

There are miles of bike paths in Grand Haven. You can bike on them either north or south of town. We have two bikes available for your use. Plus two beach chairs and towels.
