Enjoy ocean views from the spacious living room and kitchen or step out onto the balcony to search for dolphins. One of only a few properties in this area with air conditioning, this corner oceanfront condo will be one you'll want to return to every year. High ceilings add to the bright and airy feel. Fully stocked, recently remodeled kitchen make meals a breeze. The entire property has been repainted in spring of 2021 and the property has new tinted windows, flooring and sofa. Two bedrooms include a king bed and a queen bed. and smart TV's in both bedrooms. Very close to pool and spa, or head over to the courts for a game of tennis. The beach access stairs are located adjacent to the complex, easy access for a fun beach day! Excellent location in Solana Beach where you can walk to restaurants and shopping.
It's just a short walk to one of the two community pools and just a bit further to the beach access where you can rejuvenate and enjoy a walk in the sand.
The complex offers two tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated year-round) and 2 spas and beach access as well as lovely koi ponds and water features. This charming seaside community is within walking distance to Fletcher Cove, Dog Beach, Belly Up Tavern, Cedros Shopping District, the train station, and many excellent restaurants. Super close to Del Mar Racetrack and Fairgrounds. It is also conveniently located thirty minutes to downtown San Diego and many famous attractions such as Sea World, Legoland, and the San Diego Zoo.

Professionally laundered hotel quality linens and bath towels are provided. Our properties are cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, spaciousness, household supplies, linens, storage amount, and beds were all fabulous!Fireplace non-functional two years in a row, insufficient lighting in living room, ineffient heating system, non-insulated glass doors and windows with lots of drafts, lack of sealing at doors leading to drafts, all very poorStubbs responsive, but HOA doesn’t oversee issues.Price of rental seems high when you are living with the above issues, though the location makes it an overall wonderful experience. However, we won’t be returning to this unit due to issues stated.

Like living on the beach!

Incredible views from the deck and even from inside the condo due to the long stretch of floor to ceiling windows and glass doors. The second level elevation was perfect - no one walking in front of us and close to the ocean. Great privacy - close to beach steps - beautifully landscaped - very quiet. We’re coming back for more.
