Walk out on the balcony from your master suite and watch the sunrise and sunsets in beautiful Destin. You won’t want to go home after staying in the luxurious ambiance of this wonderful condo. Not your traditional rental look.

Twin beds with custom bedding in the second bedroom with queen pull out in the living room compliment this property. Each bedroom has its very on bath with tub and shower. This condo has 3rd bedroom suite, complete with king bed, tub and separate shower, walk in closet, wet bar with mini fridge, and its own balcony.

Other resort amenities include large lagoon style pool. Second oasis pool on the beach with bathrooms and snack bar. Additionally there is a 42-seat surround sound movie theater on the second floor. Gated entrance and 24 hour security. Walk to the Candy Store, Ruth Chris Steak House, or the Back Porch for seafood.

A fully furnished kitchen with range/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, disposal, and all the usual appliances accent the unit. The laundry room is immediately off the kitchen. This unit is located on the end offering unit privacy and the fantastic views!

Two private pools, one uniquely situated on the beach, are available on property. An exercise room and cinema are among the many other amenities. For a snack or frozen drink by the pool, try the Grill located at the beach, side pool. The property offers private, gated, parking facilities.

There is fine dining and casual restaurants and lounges with indoor and outdoor seating available, literally across the parking lot. Of all the properties Sterling Shores had the right combination - lots of green to look at, walking paths, quiet and secluded feeling. Also, the view of the azure blue ocean is absolutely wonderful to start a day or end a day. You can't get any better.

What makes this condo unique

Our unit is not a typical rental unit. We strive for the warm at home feeling complete with oriental rugs, upscale linens and furnishings set off by warm chocolate walls. Truely a comfort after a day on the beach.

Wonderfully updated condo with new granite. Fully appointed with all conveniences of home. Great central location close to everything. Pictures do not do the views justice. We will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time. The place was excellent. The owners were wonderful to deal with and where always available to answer any questions we had. Bedrooms were beautifully set up. First time I have slept all night in over 6 months. Dinning room and living room were just as nice. Would recommend this unit to anyone. View from balcony was breathtaking.

Beautiful!

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and had the best experience ever. We have been visiting Destin for years and have fallen in love with the city. Being right on the beach on the 10th floor is just amazing. The views are breathtaking. We have stayed in Sterling Shores in the past and this unit is really one of the best. It is so clean and so nice. I love the tile floors and all of the furniture is really substantial, sturdy and comfortable. The balcony is amazing and so big! I also love that the balcony connects to the bedroom and livingroom. I loved being able to wake up every morning and just roll over and see the ocean out the window. I love that it is an end unit also because it has the fun floor to ceilings windows on the side. That really is awesome and lets in so much light and gives you more views of that beautiful beach. Renting the unit was such a smooth transaction and the people were so nice to work with. It's also so nice that it comes with a parking space in the under ground parking garage. That is the best thing ever. We have stayed at sterling shores in the past where we had to park out in the lot and your car gets to be a million degrees sitting out in the sun and the lot fills up fast in the summer so you have to park really far away at the end of the lot and walk. We've been to Destin in the summer but this time we came in November and it was actually so nice and quiet. We loved the peace. The summers get crazy in Destin. Another thing we love about the condo is the laundry! It is so nice to be able to do laundry. Overall our stay here was seamlessly easy, lovely and beautiful. We loved it!
