So well kept and furnished down to the last detail, that we could well have been the first-ever guests. Thanks for providing such a nice week! Our best beach vacation in our 53 years of marriage.

Perfect location, perfect beach, perfect house

  • 5 of 5

My partner and I loved this house. It was the perfect size for us. The house was just a few steps from the beach. It had everything you need in a rental home. My favorite part was sitting on the porch, enjoying the breeze and listening to the sea. We loved it and if we come back, we would definitely stay here.

Owner's Response: Raneve, SeaHorse Crossing is the perfect size for 1 or 2 couples or a couple with 1 or 2 children. Being so close to the Beach is one of our favorite features as well. We don’t even pack a cooler to go to the beach as it’s only a few steps back to the fridge for another cold one!! The screened porch is another of my favorite things about SeaHorse Crossing also. Whether it is day or night that is where we spend most of our time when we are at the cottage. Hope you got to discover the Free Trolley and the rest of Anna Maria as well. As you know we are super close to the grocery store but there are so many great restaurants it is difficult not to eat out every night! Please do come back and visit soon!

Owner's Response: Chris, Thank you for your review on SeaHorse Crossing, we’re so glad that you and your family enjoyed staying at our home for the 2nd year in a row! We love being so close to the beach yet still such a quick walk to the stores, restaurants and of course ice cream! Perfect, Just Perfect

  • 5 of 5

This was our second visit to this great cottage and it was just as great as last year. The cottage just ticks so many boxes making it a great place to stay. It is literally seconds from Holmes Beach and the cottage is stocked with beach towels and chairs/sun loungers. Within walking distance there are places to eat and shop for groceries. The trolley bus is fabulous on the Island and the bus stops are a very very short walk from the cottage. The other great thing about the cottage is the privacy it offers you.

A couple of great places to eat are Solos pizzas, Island Spice and for a lovely breakfast, the bagel shop which tends to be a bit quieter than Peaches. All these are in the main shopping plaza. Up at Anna Maria, Ginny and Jane E's do a fab breakfast/brunch. Hurricane Hank's also do lovely food and it's a great chilled out place. Ella's Greek food and fire & stone pizza on Cortez road are also worth a trip. Only about five minutes over the bridge.

All in all, we had another amazing holiday at Seahorse crossing and will definitely be returning! 😊?

Owner's Response: Claire, What more can be said?? Thank you so much for taking the time to review SeaHorse Crossing. It sounds like you have it all covered…Steps to the Great Beaches, Close to all the amenities you could possibly need and the privacy. Only think I might add would be the incredible sunsets that Anna Maria is famous for. I am sure you took advantage of the beaches in the evening as well as the day time. See you soon!!

Perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

Our first year staying at Seahorse Crossing was fabulous! We have been coming to Anna Maria for 9 years, and this is one of the best little cottages we have stayed at. Great little place for our family of four(2 adults, 2 teens) plus our two fur babies(loved the fenced back yard!) to stay. The house was stocked very nicely, from kitchen to linens to beach supplies! Location was perfect! (30 sec walk and you are in the Gulf waters!) Shopping and dining just a short walk away. Located at a dead end street sure cut down on traffic compared to so many other place we have stayed. We did have a small issue with one of the air conditioners BUT, the team jumped into action and took care of it quickly! Big thanks to all involved that day. We look forward to renting again in the future for sure. You can't go wrong with Seahorse Crossing!

Owner's Response: Doug and Family, We are so glad your family (including the very important fur babies!) found SeaHorse Crossing to your liking! We do try to provide all we can think of for our guests but if you ever think of anything just let us know and we would be glad to comply! The location can’t be beat with the proximity to the beach and to the shopping center! Hope you also got to enjoy some of the fabulous restaurants within walking distance also. One of favorite things to do is to walk down the beach to Blue Marlin Grill on Bridge Street and to watch the sunset on the way. On the way home we get to enjoy the moon and the stars! Glad Ellie, Suzanne and Bob, our management team took good care of you and straightened out your problem immediately. Hope to see your soon!!
