Step out your door to various restaurants, a locally famous bakery and cafe or small grocer on the main floor of the building, or take a short walk to a wide variety of restaurants and night life. Walk 5 blocks in one direction to Pike Place Market or 8 blocks in the other direction to the Seattle Center for the Space Needle, Experience Music Project Museum, Children's Museum, Pacific Science Center, and Key Arena. The building is also 4 blocks to the waterfront and 5 blocks to the new Seattle Art Museum's Olympic Sculpture Park. Make your vacation one to remember, stay at the Belltown Court!
There is a brand new 40” flat screen TV in the Living Room; and an additional television in the 2nd bedroom.
Please be aware that A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.
My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.
Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 30 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.
Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.
We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!
Thanks, and we look forward to hosting you!
Darik Eaton purchased this condo in 2012
This building is centrally located; close to the Pike Place Market, flagship Nordstrom, Space Needle and Seattle Center, and Seattle waterfront. We are surrounded by an eclectic urban neighborhood, full of shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
You will love our property! You can pack light. We provide everything you will need to make you comfortable during your stay. Besides towels and linens, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. A high chair and pack n play are available for a flat rental.
This place was so convenient to many great places to eat and Pikes Market. All are walking distance. The bakery downstairs was so convenient and perfect.
The Apt had all the wonderful amenities like a hotel and more. Wonderful warm fireplace.
Perfect place to stay when awaiting your Alaskan cruise. There were 2 couples so we split the fee. The 2 bedroom 2 bath was perfect.
Just take Uber to the ship.
Loved our Seattle experience. We will rent this place again and recommend it to everyone.
This was the perfect location for us -- within walking distance to so many of the places we wanted to see - Space Needle, Chihuly Exhibit, etc. The condo was spotless, had every amenity we could ask for and the welcome and tour (by Samantha) was the perfect introduction to Seattle.
Our stay at this Belltown apartment was great! Management was attentive re: check-in and check-out. Everything was clean and tidy. The couches and beds were comfortable, and they provide a lot of towels and extra linens. The kitchen is well stocked (more than just plates and glasses, they had all kinds of mixing bowls, baking pans, etc.) - I like their labels for where things go!. The dining table only had 3 chairs, but they had other folding chairs in the closets (not a big deal for us, since we went out to eat). Best features are the great restaurants within 5 minutes, many with good happy hour specials, and it is a short walk to Pike Place Market. The portable AC unit was set up for us when we arrived and it was much appreciated since it was hot during the days we were there. It can get noisy with the windows open, but nothing out of the norm of city life.
We stayed at the Belltown court while we were in Seattle. We were there for a birthday and anniversary weekend and it could not have been finer. The property managers thought of absolutely everything. The beds were cushy, there were plenty of fluffy white towels, there were televisions in all of the rooms, there was a parking garage, and the building had every amenity. It was close to absolutely everything we wanted to see.
I cannot say enough about this property. We loved it, we loved the service there, we loved how beautiful and luxurious it was, and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for making this a memorable weekend for us!
We did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before deciding on a place in Seattle. Our goal was to NOT rent a car and enjoy a very walked friendly city with all its cafes, coffee houses and fun shops. This place was right on the money. Super easy access right from the taxi that dropped us at the curb and we always felt very safe in the building regardless of the time of day or night we were coming or going. It's just steps from a little bakery/cafe that is down stairs and became our go to spot every morning for coffee and scones and then we often hit them up in the late afternoon for some tea or just a little date while our teenage girls stayed up in the apartment. We walked everywhere and I mean everywhere during our week long stay. The space needle, whole foods, Chinese take out, to the pier to catch the boat to Canada, Pikes Market and th list goes on. We rented the two bedroom 1.75 bath apartment which for us meant unit 604 that faces the courtyard. Pretty quiet except it's right over the underground parking so you get some noise from the trash trucks driving through. If your looking for quiet though a big city is not for you. This is a city with fire trucks, people walking at all hours and seagulls making noise coming off the water. It's great! This place also has everything you need as far as toilet paper, power towels, shampoo and conditioner, more dishes than you can use and lots of space for our family of four. If you're smart though you won't spend much time inside because Seattle is meant to be explored. Eat. Sleep. Walk. That's what we did ha! Oh and coffee, coffee and more coffee! Enjoy!
Great family getaway location. This building is older, but he condo itself felt like new. Convenient location, walked to Pike Place market, which is full of local vendors, art, flowers, produce, and bakery.
Managment us for check in and was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
Our beautiful property is centrally located in downtown Seattle. From it, you are an easy walk from the waterfront, Pike Place Market, flagship Nordstrom and the retail core, and Seattle Center. 100's of restaurants are in this neighborhood, along with unique shops and nightlife.
