A premium tempur-pedic style sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room sleeps additional guests. For your convenience this condo features wireless high speed internet, local and domestic long distance phone, cable TV, and a washer and dryer. There is a gas fireplace in the living room for your enjoyment on those cool Northwest fall and winter evenings.

Step out your door to various restaurants, a locally famous bakery and cafe or small grocer on the main floor of the building, or take a short walk to a wide variety of restaurants and night life. Walk 5 blocks in one direction to Pike Place Market or 8 blocks in the other direction to the Seattle Center for the Space Needle, Experience Music Project Museum, Children's Museum, Pacific Science Center, and Key Arena. There is a brand new 40” flat screen TV in the Living Room; and an additional television in the 2nd bedroom.
Please be aware that A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle, and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

This building is centrally located; close to the Pike Place Market, flagship Nordstrom, Space Needle and Seattle Center, and Seattle waterfront. We are surrounded by an eclectic urban neighborhood, full of shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
You will love our property! You can pack light. We provide everything you will need to make you comfortable during your stay. Besides towels and linens, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. A high chair and pack n play are available for a flat rental.
Had a great time in this perfect location. Great setup for friends and/or family. Good restaurants and nightclubs. Shopping and public transportation very close. Would definitely stay here again!
My travel group consisted of two couples, all of us in our 40s, upper middle class, no handicaps other than some mildly arthritic joints. This place fit the bill. We arrived around 11:00 p.m. and a very nice girl met us at the door, showed us up to the condo, and handed off the keys. The condo itself is comfortable, well maintained, and centrally located. The condo building has a pizza joint, bar, and divinely delicious coffee/pastry shop. I'd stay here again with no qualms.
My wife and I stayed in this condo with another couple, October, 2016 for 4 days. We had a wonderful experience. Seattle Oasis person, Samantha, greeted us at the door and escorted us to the condo. Very clean and spacious unit for 2 couples. Nice courtyard view. Great location on 1st Ave. Building also had a wonderful rooftop deck with a gas grill and tables with a beautiful water view. Nice indoor pool and workout facility. Free parking spot in the building garage. Walking distance to Pike Place Market, Space Needle. Great food all around with the Market and many, many restaurants. Went on a Pike Market walking tour and Seattle101 walking tour which were both free. You tip what you feel is the worth. Would recommend both. We walked everywhere so the car was not needed. Would highly recommend, wonderful condo and fantastic location.
This place was so convenient to many great places to eat and Pikes Market. All are walking distance. The bakery downstairs was so convenient and perfect.
The Apt had all the wonderful amenities like a hotel and more. Wonderful warm fireplace.
Perfect place to stay when awaiting your Alaskan cruise. There were 2 couples so we split the fee. The 2 bedroom 2 bath was perfect.
Just take Uber to the ship.

This was the perfect location for us -- within walking distance to so many of the places we wanted to see - Space Needle, Chihuly Exhibit, etc. The condo was spotless, had every amenity we could ask for and the welcome and tour (by Samantha) was the perfect introduction to Seattle.
Our stay at this Belltown apartment was great! Management was attentive re: check-in and check-out. Everything was clean and tidy. The couches and beds were comfortable, and they provide a lot of towels and extra linens. The kitchen is well stocked (more than just plates and glasses, they had all kinds of mixing bowls, baking pans, etc.) - I like their labels for where things go!. The dining table only had 3 chairs, but they had other folding chairs in the closets (not a big deal for us, since we went out to eat). Best features are the great restaurants within 5 minutes, many with good happy hour specials, and it is a short walk to Pike Place Market. The portable AC unit was set up for us when we arrived and it was much appreciated since it was hot during the days we were there. It can get noisy with the windows open, but nothing out of the norm of city life.
