We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condo during the rental period.
Deposits - $500 deposit is required with the reservation. Deposit check is payable to Jim Vider 8017 N. Lagoon Dr. Panama City Beach, FL 32408. The renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal ware and tear. The security deposit less any damage will be returned within ten days of your departure date.
Cancellation and Return Policy - Cancellation Policy: Leaser will try to honor a cancellation request by the renter(s). Should the leaser be able to re-rent the time period reserved, then the renter(s) security deposit will be returned less an administrative fee of $100. If the time period reserved can not be re-rented than the renter will forfeit the entire security deposit.
I have been renting my short term beachfront units for 10 years. Living in Panama City, I see the units every time they are rented and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. We always receive complements on how good the units look and smell. Most of the other VRBO owners live no where near Panama City Beach and rarely see their units or condition. I live within 5 minutes of the Beach and can help you should you have special needs.

Located on Thomas Dr instead of congested Front Beach Rd. Units have good floor plans and large balconies with septacular sunset views .

We had a wonderful time at the condo and we very much enjoyed how neat and clean everything was. The kitchen was well stocked and the large balcony was are msin sitting area. We would love to come back next year. Thanks for everything.
Wonderful Condo, this is my 4th year in a row staying at this Condo and my Fiancée are Looking forward to staying there again next year. Condo was clean and well maintained as always and I love the view of the gulf from the balcony. I am a hobbiest/professional photographer, if that makes sense but always capture some amazing photos while relaxing on the balcony. All in all I hate to recommend this condo only for selfish reasons and that being to keep others from wanting it during the time I want it. This is a wonderfully beautiful Condo and I think you would be doing your stay an injustice if you didn't stay there.
The view is amazing. Condo is nice. The only thing I did not like was the parking garage and assigned spot. To close for comfort. Enjoyed my stay. Would definitely go back. Not as busy on that side of town.
The condo was very clean but not enough towels had to do laundry everyday.Facility had broken equipment for such a big condo you would think every treadmill would be working.Quite time was not being followed fireworks was being shot off at 1 in the morning didnt get one good night sleep.Would not stay at Treasure Island again.J Cheek
This condo was perfect for our trip! It was spacious and VERY clean. I am a picky renter and this rental exceeded all of my expectations. The beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked, it was clean and well decorated and fresh! Jim made the whole rental process easy and smooth. The pool area is huge, elevators were fast and no waiting. We have stayed in other places where getting to the room was an issue, but not here. I will rent this unit again in the future for our family trip in the fall. We were within walking distance of 2 restaurants, the state park and jet ski rentals. It is on the end of the beach that is much less crowded, yet close enough to get to shopping, etc. The facilities were all very nice as well. Perfect, thank you!
