TWO-STORY TOWNHOUSE WITH BAY AND SUNSET VIEWS! This adorable condo has a spacious layout with 3 bedrooms & 1.5 baths, sleeping 8 people. The first floor has a bright, roomy living room with a peek of the bay and Sunset Pier, kitchen, dining area, and a half bath. The second floor has three bedrooms and one full hall bathroom. The larger bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a set of bunk beds w/trundle, and the third bedroom has a double bed and ROKU Smart TV, so feel free to bring your own gaming system and plug it in and play! Fantastic location in quieter part of town bay block, 1.5 short blocks to the beach, boat or kayak rentals available at Pier 88, a short walk to fishing at the inlet, and close to all of Townsends Inlet's hot spots such as Blitz's Market, Sunset Pier, Scoops Ice Cream, Hank's Sauce and much more!

Cute little condo. I didn't realize it was on the 3rd floor. I may have overlooked that on description. Tough going up & down all the time for older people. Comfortable for small families. I would look into the cleaning service, I didn't think it was up to par. Other wise, we enjoyed ourselves.
