Strikingly renovated Mid-century Alexander designed by acclaimed architects Palmer & Krisel. As of December 2013, new paint (inside & out), new landscaping, new decor - a total refresh (new photos to follow)! This is the true Palm Springs lifestyle: Martinis, Bikinis, and, uh... 42 inch Flat-Screeny!

An entertainer's floor plan features clerestory windows, period-inspired furnishings, high tongue-and-groove ceilings and walls of glass that lead to the *private* resort like backyard, sparkling heated Saline pool, and breathtaking views of the mountains. Enjoy the outdoors in a variety of ways: relax poolside, dine alfresco, or lounge in the covered breezeway.

3 bedrooms: 1 King Suite, a Queen sized room, and the 3rd bedroom features 2 XL Twins that can be combined to a luxurious King. There is also a Queen Aero-Bed for added convenience.

Other entertainment includes a shaded park nearby, a short walk to the nighttime hotspot The Riviera, and easy access to the Downtown Strip, featuring bars, restaurants, casinos, shopping, & spas.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to Palm Springs City Ordinance, the primary renter must be 25 years or older and be present during the rental period. The City requires that you provide a government ID and your acceptance of the booking confirms your understanding of this.

Also, due to Palm Springs City Ordinance, overnight guests cannot exceed 2 people per bedroom, therefore we cannot accept bookings of more then 6 people (the overnight guest number can increase to 8 if two of the guests are 12 years old or younger, though we recommend groups of 6 or less regardless).

We're a group of 4 married couples (and longtime friends) who would frequently vacation in Palm Springs. It didn't take long to appreciate what a special community exists, and we were fortunate enough to pick up this house in 2008. Our love for the house and the town has only grown, and we're so happy to share both with our guests.

Perfect Slice of Palm Springs Paradise

Our perfect vacation week began the moment we contacted the owners to inquire. Excellent, prompt customer service and a welcoming demeanor formed our first impressions of this stellar mid-century retreat.

Imagine our delight when we entered the property to find that the decor, accommodations, and cleanliness were all maintained with the same integrity and attention to detail we had encountered during the booking process. The delightful mid-century decor is clean, chic, and comfortable. Not only is the home perfectly gorgeous and homey; it is also extremely well-stocked with cookware, linens, games, and everything one could possibly need for a perfect getaway.

As we spent the days dreaming poolside, relaxing in the high quality lounge chairs, we enjoyed the idyllic setting of swaying palms, blossoming bougainvilla, and charming citrus trees. And if all of this weren't enough to relax us, floating on rafts (provided by the house) in the heated saltwater pool would do the trick.

The location of this property couldn't be better. Only a few minutes from downtown (shopping, restaurants, bars), the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, and local casinos; it's also not far to such amazing natural treasures as Joshua Tree and Indian Canyons. A sprawling outlet mall is only a short drive on the freeway. And the nearby (actually walking distance) Riviera Hotel & Spa provides excellent nightlife and spa facilities.

We will never, ever forget our very magical week at Martini Weekend and cannot wait to return. The property was everything we hoped it would be, and so much more.

Great house, well maintained!

We rented the house for a girls weekend for 3 nights. It was amazing. The property owners had excellent communication. We had some difficulties with the TV but I texted the contact number they gave me and we figured it out. The house is in a great location- perfectly close to the airport, grocery stores and downtown. Hoping to make it an annual trip!

Mid-centuary Palm Springs getaway

Accommodations are comfortable and close to shopping and restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was well maintained and heated just right. Plenty of towels available. Why would you ever choose a hotel over an option like this with the freedom and privacy of a home all to yourself. Pamelos in the yard were delicious.

For my first visit to Palm Springs, I wanted a renovated MCM for a small family gathering. This one looked great in the pictures, so I chose it. I'm happy to report that (apart from the martini which was regrettably not waiting for me poolside upon my arrival) the place looks just as good in real life. The interior is stylish without being over the top, the master bed is comfortable, and the view of the mountain is impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

Wonderful retreat in Palm Springs

We had a wonderful stay at the Martini House. The house is a beautiful midcentury modern house with spacious rooms, lovely garden and pool and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you need to have a great stay in Palm Springs.
