This is this first unit in a complex of 3 duplexes and is a secluded, end unit, beautiful 3 bedroom + loft, 2.5 bath, 1950 square foot, brand new town home. With cathedral ceilings, river rock fireplace and brand new furnishings this town home has all the luxuries of home and then some. For additional guests you can rent the other end of this complex a nice 2 bedroom listing #219951.

The magnificent views of the 5th fairway and mountain range can be seen out of the kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom, queen bedroom and loft of this gorgeous home.

The master suite has it's own private deck that looks out to the 5th fairway and the mountain range beyond. The master bath has a floor to ceiling tiled, walk in, double headed shower and Jacuzzi tub. There are his and hers vessel sinks with granite counter-tops and an extra large closet.

The second and third bedrooms are upstairs and have a queen bed in each. Also upstairs is a full bath with double vessel sinks, granite counter top and tiled shower/tub combo.

The loft area also has a beautiful view of the golf course and mountain range beyond. There is a desk space with Wi-Fi/cable modem, as well as an additional big screen television with satellite cable included. The loft area has a convertible sofa (converts to double bed) and an extra chair.

The great room is just that. With huge windows to watch the wildlife that is abundant on the 18 hole golf course in every season, or watch the golfers, or just watch the mountains grow, this is the place to gather. There is plenty of room for everyone to sit, dine, and cook in this wide open space.

The kitchen is a full kitchen with upgraded appliances, granite counter tops and hickory cabinets. You will have all the necessities for cooking and dining for 10. The dining area has a granite top table that seats 6 comfortably with or without the leaf provided. There are 6 chairs and 4 extra bar stools for the breakfast bar so everyone can eat together.

This end unit town home has all the privacy of a cabin in the woods, with all the amenities of being close to town. There is a walking path that will take you to:

Great restaurants - Hangar Restaurant, seasonal, at the golf course is just down the path.

We are Roy and Michele Johnson and we started building and renting luxury condo's in 1995 when we realized there were very few if any places big enough and nice enough for a family of 6 to stay for a week. We decided to build something we would be proud to offer to our own extended family and friends. That is how Mountainview Vacation Rentals was created.

What makes this townhome unique

While you can view the golfers and the surrounding beautiful golf course, only in Estes Park can you also see the elk, deer, mountain lion, bear and coyotes on that same course. Not to mention the majestic mountains.

Beautiful townhome on the edge of the town of Estes Park

I have never used VRBO and was a little apprehensive if the property would be as it is represented in the pictures. When we arrived, the townhome was beyond our expectations. The townhome was very clean and well equipped. The beds were all comfortable, just like home. Ample extra blankets and pillows were available if needed. The attached garage was a bonus. It was raining when we were leaving and we were able to pack up the car without getting wet. We enjoyed the many elk that passed by the townhome at various times. This townhome is an end unit and located on the golf course. It was very peaceful. The downtown area of Estes Park is about 1 1/2 miles from the townhome. Close enough for a good walk, but far enough so the crowds during the summer season would not be an issue at the townhome. A large supermarket is in Estes Park for all your grocery needs. The jacuzzi tub was very nice as was the large walk in shower. Michelle was very pleasant to work with. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We did not have any reason to contact her during our stay but she stated she was readily available if we had any questions or issues. We hope to be able to come back to this townhome in the future. Just wish Colorado wasn't so far from our home.

If you want to feel like you are at home away from home while in Estes - this is the place!! I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this property, the location - and the owner!

Our first visit was immediately after the floods that devastated the area in 2013. We made contact with Michelle, who was more than helpful with setting us up to come up and help out with some of the cleanup in the area. This property is amazing. When you walk in, you immediately have that "Ahhh" moment - everything is sparkling clean, and you feel like you are the first group to ever stay here. (Yes, it is THAT nice.) We decided that this would be our 'go-to' place in Estes from now on. We have stayed here several more times, and even stayed in the other unit a couple of doors down when this unit was unavailable, and it's wonderful too! The bedrooms are spacious and super comfy - perfect for those mid-afternoon naps. The kitchen has everything you would ever need, with lots of storage for your groceries - because you'll definitely want to cook in the kitchen, or on the gas grill out on the huge private deck. The loft area is a great place for the kids to hang out, with a nice sitting area. Outside on the deck you will find a great table & chairs that are perfect to sit and watch the elk wander around on the golf course. I love that you can access the deck area from both the living room and the master bedroom too.

I could go on for days about how wonderful this unit is, but you really need to see it for yourself!! You won't be disappointed; the owner is seriously one of the nicest people I've ever booked a rental with. She is local, so if you need anything she's a quick phone call away! We will continue to stay here for our family getaways at least twice a year, forever!

Clean, great location, Super stay!!!

Our third year coming out here to Estes and staying here. Again, it was very clean and in a great location...close to town and the golf course. The kitchen is super. In fact, the kids usually don't want to go out to eat...they have fun helping fix the dinners right at the condo! With the dining room, kitchen and living room all open, everyone can see what the others are doing...a great open layout of the place. It's also nice to have a double garage at your disposal in case of bad weather. The owners have been super helpful and trustful. When they say clean and up to date, they mean it. We are planning on returning for a 4th summer stay this coming summer in 2017 again. We'd give it "6" stars in the rating if there were 6 stars!! :-)

PERFECT getaway.

We recently stayed at this property over Memorial Day weekend. I couldn't get over how CLEAN it was, even down to the coffee pot, I don't think I even saw the slightest speck of dust or remnants of the people before us. We had a group of 6, and this spacious place fit very nicely. We spent the majority of our time in the great room/dining. My mom has MS and mobility issues but didn't have a problem whatsoever. The master bedroom on the main floor, and a flat walk in thru the garage was perfect. There were many other amenities not listed in the listing. When she said full kitchen, that is definitely the case, not a single thing was missing, utensils, small appliances, etc...The home is right off trails that my husband and I visited every morning. Location is good, short enough to get right in to town, but away from the hubbub of downtown. Michele was extremely prompt in contacting me to get everything set up and I never had any confusion or doubt that any needs would be met. I would definitely visit this rental again. Unusual for me, but I don't have a single complaint about this place, very well taken care of, and the cleanest place I have ever stayed.
