We have been renting this townhome for 10 years to now hundreds of renters, and we now own the other half of this building; so if this one is occupied for the dates you are looking for or you need more room for your group either look at listing 4470361 or even email us directly through this listing!

This townhome located directly across from Camelback Ski Area is near the 22 water-slides at Camel Beach in the summer and the 33 trails and 13 lifts with 100% snow-making at Camelback ski area in the winter and the red and gold of the fall foliage season and even the wonderful 110 outlet stores at The Crossings only a mile away. There is sleeping for 8, a gathering room with vaulted ceilings with skylights and a wood burning fireplace including an adjacent dining area and a newly updated kitchen all of which overlooks a 50' Hi-Def television mounted on the wall. The TV is equipped with a Blue-Ray Player for viewing movies in true Hi-Def. Wireless internet allows internet access in all rooms! There is a sliding glass door that leads to the private deck that includes a Weber gas grill. Shop, swim, ski, snow board, snow tube, snowmobile, hike, canoe, or just relax on the couch in front of the fire watching your favorite movie. The only thing you won't like is having to leave!

Ski Area and Water Park: Camelback Ski area, CamelBeach Water Park, and Camelback Lodge with Aquatopia are directly across from our complex- it is a minimal 1/2 mile drive to this resort. These activities are at your fingertips!

Outlet Shopping: The Crossings Premium Oulets is 100 OUTLET STORES located 2 miles from our home.

About Alan and Molly

I have been a skier since grade school and have very fond memories of staying near the ski slopes with my family and other families. I remember the parents having their fun while the kids watched movies and talked about their ski conquests that day. I always envisioned a place for my own children to have their own memories. So in 2007 we bought our home and made it as welcoming as we could; and when we leave our place and our little girls look at us and say 'We don't want to go home', we smile and plan our next trip back to our place.

Why Alan and Molly chose Tannersville

I have visited many areas within the Poconos and kept returning to Camelback area. The ski mountain is one of the best of the region. The local amenities make visiting this area easy. It is readily accessible from interstate 80 only 2.5 miles; so even the worst winter storm won't keep you from getting there! The more time I spent I realized that year round this was the place to be.

What makes this townhome unique

Uniquely situated in the center of the Poconos and so close to major highways makes our location a great springboard from which you can explore most anything in the Pocono region within a short drive. From the mountains to the lakes and rivers and every unique town in between you'll be surprised how much there is to do- so come explore. Even if you just want a quiet place to escape to read a book and forget about reality you can find that here too!

Beautiful Mountain Home Retreat!!

We just had the pleasure of recently staying at the Stiles' home. The home is absolutely gorgeous! It is well kept, spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had ALL the conveniences of home, from comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, 42" plasma TV, wireless internet, books/games/movies...I can just go on and on! Alan is very attentive and kind. The house is conveniently located near reataurants, activities, and shopping. We visit PA quite often and will definitely rent this home again. I highly recommend this home!!!

Outstanding vacation home

We have been vacationing in the Poconos for several years and always stay at this house. It's clean, comfortable and has everything you could need. It's on a secluded street, so it's very quiet, but it is only minutes away from every store or restaurant you need. The owners are amazing and check in with us throughout the week to be sure that everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. You never find owners like these who are so attentive and caring. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation in a beautiful home. Thanks Alan & Molly for another amazing vacation!

Place has a bad smell couldn't air it out because the screen on slider was mangled

The owners wanted payment in full 3 months prior to scheduled week but wouldn't respond to questions regarding rental. During our stay we had a few questions but never heard back from owner. The condo has an odor we tried using their febreeze, burning scented candles. Couldn't open back door because the screen was mangled from storm in march and it was still on the deck very dangerous in the wind. The location of condo was great but I wouldn't recommend this one..

Owner's Response: As an owner of a property these reviews are very upsetting especially when they are unfounded and sent without forewarning. I will quote her text message to me upon her arrival which states, "Just and FYI the screen at sliding back door is broken and off. Everything else is great" She followed up with an email the following morning confirming that I had seen the text regarding the screen to which I responded yes that it had been damaged in the March storm. She also said, "Accommodations are very nice". I had no other communications with her, and she was there for 4 nights. If there were any other issues, I would have been very happy to address them immediately. In this case all her other comments were very positive; so I assumed she and her group were enjoying our house as the 100's of other guests have before her. As for the payment in full three months in advance, she booked through Home Away and they accept payment in full at the time of booking; so that is not my doing. Ironically, Bonnie and her group were exceptional guests and left our place in excellent shape; so I gave her a 5 star review. I even sent a follow up email the day she left to make sure she had a good time, she never responded and then today her review is shown to me. My recommendation is that if there is a problem please notify the owner immediately, but in this case without any notification of any problems I was powerless to address them. The home was well taken care of by these guests and without this review I would have been happy to rent to them again.

Loved it , felt right at home once again as this was our second time there.

Amazing little gem for a family getaway!

My family and I had such a great, relaxing time at the house! We bbqed, went swimming, went on a hike, fished, and shopped at the outlets. It was so close to everything and the owners were very accomodating! :) Would come back again!
