Pino Apartment is a fully air-conditioned apartment for 4-5 guests - space approx 60m² . Living- and dining area, equipped with cable TV (international stations), DVD, direct telephone line, high speed Internet and library. It has an equipped kitchen with built in fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, electric toaster/kettle & all utensils. Automatic washing machine, iron board and hair dryer available. Linen, Towels and a generous food pack will be provided on arrival at no extra charge. Maid service is available on request for rental periods of more than 7 nights. Weekly Change of linen & towels.

To ensure our guests safety the apartment is also equipped with the necessary safety features such as fire extinguisher, smoke detector and first aid kit. It is of extreme importance for us to ensure the safety of our guests.

Prices for 1-2 persons. Each extra Person in season A/B = € 70,- per week; C = € 84,-/week. Price in high season D, valid for 4 persons. Extra Prices for children, aged 5-12 years old = 50%

Prices including all extras, except electricity for using Air Conditioning € 0,50 per Kwh (by meter).

We are a pure family business since 20 years now. We mediate holiday properties in Malta and on the neighbour island Gozo. A small "jubilee"! Whereupon our first contacts to this beautiful island and our friends there, are much more longer.

For all questions to your planned holidays, we are pleased to advise and help you with our longtime experience. All accommodations are personally inspected. We yearly meet the owners and landlords in Malta. During all meetings, we are anxious for increasing the standards. A faithful and personal contact with you, as with our partners, is very important for us. Besides all, we are in close contact with Malta Tourism Authority.

Fully furnished ground floor Character Apartment finished to high specifications that offer a unique relaxing atmosphere in a typically Maltese style. This charming apartment is located in an extremely tranquil area, sheltered from the city chaos yet at the same time it's only few metres from the main activities. Accommodation comprises sitting/living, fitted kitchen and dining, 2 double bedrooms, shower room, spare toilet, laundry and a good sized bright and airy yard.

Splendid apartment close to shops, ferries, buses

We stayed for one week in this nice apartment. Just a stroll to the boulevard where you find buses and ferries. All kinds of shops just around the corner, supermarket close by.

The apartment itself is very well equipped, clean and quiet. The owner is a very good host, helps you if needed and answers all your questions.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem hübsch eingerichteten Apartment verbracht. Der Vermieter, Norman, hat uns zu nachtschlafender Zeit vom Flughafen abgeholt und uns viele Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts war er für uns immer erreichbar.

Sehr gut gefiel uns die "Erstaustattung" in der Wohnung - Brot, Milch, Belag, Kaffee, Tee, echte maltesische Kekse - alles für ein erstes Frühstück in unserem Feriendomizil war vorhanden und so konnten wir am ersten Morgen gleich frühstücken ohne noch einkaufen zu müssen... :) Das Apartment ist mit allem, was man in den Ferien braucht, ausgestattet, auch Geschirrspül- und Waschmittel gab es.

Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, von der regen Geschäftigkeit Sliemas bekommt man hier nichts mit. Bushaltestellen, der Hafen mit Fährhafen (Direktverbindung nach Valetta), Restaurants und Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung und zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Uns hat es gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder nach Malta.

Tipp: Wer echte maltesische Küche ausprobieren möchte, dem sei das in der Paralellstraße liegende "Il-Merill" empfohlen, ein kleines, nett eingerichtetes Restaurant mit vernünftigen Preisen (Reservierung empfohlen).
