Beautiful mountain home located on Prospect Mountain. Lots of privacy, yet close enough you can walk to town. Living room features a moss rock, wood burning fireplace with HD/LCD/DVD above, King bedroom, bath with log shelving and accents, fully equipped kitchen with gas range and granite countertops. Large 12x26 deck with Hot Tub and HUGE Continental Divide views.
The walkout lower level has log covered entry, queen bedroom, bath, family room with a queen and a twin sofa sleeper. Patio doors to a 12x26 deck with patio furniture. Wildlife frequents the home, and the private setting makes for a relaxing get away. Fabulous views from both inside and outside the home, hot tub, and area surrounding the home. Setting has lots of trees, large outcropping of rocks and boulders, for a true stay in the mountains, but not too far from fun, shopping, restaurants, hiking, and most town and park activities.
Mountain Views is located on an in-town private road. Beautiful, private location. AWD is recommended for winter guests.

We have been rental home owners for over 40 years and are now enjoying renting our vacation homes in Estes Park. We look forward to meeting many of our guests, and making your stay extra special by taking home great memories of both your time in the mountains, and your home away from home!
Linda purchased this House in 2008
Why Linda chose Estes Park
The beauty of the mountains, the small town atmosphere, wonderful weather (most of the time)! We think it's PERFECT!
What makes this House unique
The location is so unique. Close to everything-yet so nice and private. You can walk into town in a couple of minutes and come back home to the mountain setting amidst the boulders, outcroppings, and large pines. And the views..............simply awesome. From the Mummy Range to the north, and then the Continental Divide sweeping the south and west. Wildlife frequents the property, which is a real delight. Hot tub is especially relaxing while looking at the mountains.

Idyllic Spot in Estes Park
What a wonderful find! We loved everything about our stay at Mountain Views. Quiet location with fabulous views from the decks. Extremely well-appointed and perfectly maintained home with every convenience at our fingertips. The hot tub was very much appreciated after a long day of hiking, and the super-duper gas grill was much used. Although we did not have much time for viewing, the flat screen tv upstairs was a bonus, and the wi-fi connection also was excellent. Linda and Bob were outstanding hosts and have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends and relatives.
We are so happy you enjoyed Estes Mountain Views, and your visit to Estes Park, and found the home to be perfect for your stay. Please come and stay with us again!
Great house, close to everything
Great house, very clean, located close to town and a short drive to RMNP. Overall quiet but there was some noise from a house that is being built directly behind this one. The noise (music playing and construction sounds) was a bit of an annoyance when trying to sit on the patio and enjoy the quiet. On most of the days we were there, the noise began about 8am and lasted until 8-9pm. The coffee maker was broken upon arrival but the owner brought a new one right over as soon as we called - very nice of her! As a note, the lights on the ceiling fan in the bedroom behave weird - you turn them on and they are bright but about 5 seconds later they dim and you can't turn them back up. Also, the grill on the patio needs a new ignition switch. We lit it using a lighter we found by the fireplace but its definitely not the safest way to light a grill. Overall, we loved our stay here and the views were great!
THE perfect place to kick back and relax.
Close to everything and still quiet and peaceful. Linda was a delight and very helpful when we needed her. This beautiful cabin in the woods had Elk and Deer pass through a couple times the week we were there. Estes Park was very accommodating and the people were so friendly.
Thanks for a great stay Linda

Great house, very relaxing.
We had a great time. The home was very relaxing and just what we were looking for. If you enjoy a fire and a dip in a hot tub, than this is the house for you.
Great vacation spot
We had everything we needed at this cabin: views, privacy, and accommodations. It was close enough to town that we could be anywhere we wanted in 5 minutes yet we still felt fairly secluded. We really enjoyed our time there.
My sister and I stayed at this property for our short trip to Estes Park. The house has beautiful views of the Rockies and we really enjoyed the hot tub. It was very close to town although you really can't see any neighbors from the house. The house was nice, we enjoyed the fireplace and the beds were comfortable.
In town location, private mountain setting, with no close neighbors. 3 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park. 2 minutes to town. Walk and pick up the beautiful Riverwalk at the west end of downtown Estes Park.
