Large 12x26 deck with Hot Tub and HUGE Continental Divide views.

The walkout lower level has log covered entry, queen bedroom, bath, family room with a queen and a twin sofa sleeper. Patio doors to a 12x26 deck with patio furniture. Wildlife frequents the home, and the private setting makes for a relaxing get away. Fabulous views from both inside and outside the home, hot tub, and area surrounding the home. Setting has lots of trees, large outcropping of rocks and boulders, for a true stay in the mountains, but not too far from fun, shopping, restaurants, hiking, and most town and park activities.

Mountain Views is located on an in-town private road. Beautiful, private location. AWD is recommended for winter guests.

About Linda

We have been rental home owners for over 40 years and are now enjoying renting our vacation homes in Estes Park. We look forward to meeting many of our guests, and making your stay extra special by taking home great memories of both your time in the mountains, and your home away from home!

Linda purchased this house in 2008

Why Linda chose Estes Park

The beauty of the mountains, the small town atmosphere, wonderful weather (most of the time)! We think it's PERFECT!

What makes this house unique

The location is so unique. Close to everything-yet so nice and private. You can walk into town in a couple of minutes and come back home to the mountain setting amidst the boulders, outcroppings, and large pines. And the views..............simply awesome. From the Mummy Range to the north, and then the Continental Divide sweeping the south and west. Wildlife frequents the property, which is a real delight. Hot tub is especially relaxing while looking at the mountains.

Absolutely loved the place. Everything was even better than we ever expected, furniture, beds, etc. GLORIOUS VIEW of Rocky Mountain National Park right from the deck and enjoyed the local wildlife. Very private, clean and comfortable. House was nicely stocked with toiletries, etc. Would definitely come back. Very friendly owner.

Idyllic Spot in Estes Park

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful find! We loved everything about our stay at Mountain Views. Quiet location with fabulous views from the decks. Extremely well-appointed and perfectly maintained home with every convenience at our fingertips. The hot tub was very much appreciated after a long day of hiking, and the super-duper gas grill was much used. Although we did not have much time for viewing, the flat screen tv upstairs was a bonus, and the wi-fi connection also was excellent. Linda and Bob were outstanding hosts and have thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. Would definitely recommend to friends and relatives.

Great views, AWESOME hot tub!

  • 4 of 5

My husband and I LOVED our stay at Mountain View’s for our honeymoon! We were lucky enough to have beautiful mild weather in February, so we did a lot of driving and sight seeing in RMNP as well as the other scenic drives around Estes/Lyons.

The king size bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had almost everything we needed (some travel mugs/containers would have been appreciated for coffee on long scenic drives).

We loved using the fireplace throughout the week and we used the hot tub every night.

The thermostat is very very tricky to find the sweet spot, other than that we were comfortable and cozy :)

Linda was great at giving us suggestions on what to do, and where to eat.

We had a fabulous couples massage at Affinty massage in town, and had some great Mexican food one night at Ed’s Cantina with live music.

The house was very clean, smelled great, and had all of the amenities you would need for a mountain stay!

Would love to rent again if we are ever back in Estes!

The embodiment of hygge

  • 5 of 5

Hygge, the Danish concept of cozy, is this wonderful cottage. My husband, my two adult sons and I took advantage of all it had to offer: views, hot tub soaks, roaring fire, comfortable furniture for lounging, a well-equipped kitchen, soft beds and more. The fact that getting to any restaurants, shops and Rocky Mountain National Park was so easy and fast make it worth every cent. Being here to unwind between Christmas and New Year and ringing in 2018 in this special location was something I had not done since 2000. It was a magical welcome home gift.

Charming, comfortable, perfect for 2 couples, views, views, views!

  • 5 of 5

Thank you Linda for providing such a nice place to stay in Estes. The cabin is so close to the Rockies and hiking. The views are even better than pictures. Celebrated an important birthday for best friend and there couldn’t have been a better place. The cottage is so comfortable and hot tub great! Also when you are from out of town it is so nice to stay at a place where just about everything you need is included. Hiking in the Rockies with all the snow, wow! So many memories made and so much fun! Loved, loved it and will be back soon!

Great views, love the hottub

  • 4 of 5

Overall we had a good time. We loved the hottub and views. We went horseback riding and it was great!! However, I wouldnt recommend Estes Park in the winter time, unfortunetly there wasn't much to do and alot of the locals say its a great place to come in the summer, especailly since one of the main roads is closed in the winter so it was very far from other places and activities!

Owner's Response: Heather, I’m happy you enjoyed the hot tub and Views. I was so very disappointed in your review as I felt that you were rating your stay, and not the actual home, location, and amenities. We put up a Christmas tree and decorate to make it extra special for December stays and have no control over what you do while staying. Wildlife viewing, snowshoeing, relaxing by the fire, and Rocky Mountsin National Park are usually things most winter guests enjoy and look forward to. Maybe come back in the summertime for more activities That might interest you more. If you leave a review for your next stay in a vacation home please review the home first and a few comments on activities if you want to.
