I am a licensed real estate broker in NY and NJ and own my own company specializing in commercial property management, so I am very familiar with property maintenance, rental agreements and all the logistics of renting a vacation property in a professional way. My husband is an architect with a background in commercial design and construction management. We are owners who stay in our property over the course of the year and furnish it as our second home, not just an investment property. We want all the comforts of home and provide the same for our guests.

Why Linda Michels chose Old Town
We have been skiers for over 45 years and taken at least one annual western ski trip over the last 30 years to a variety of resorts in the US and Canada. We decided to buy a condo in Park City because it is so easy to get to, so close to the SLC airport and we love the diversity of terrain offered by the three ski areas closeby. We chose Park Station because it is next to Main Street and we love the variety of restaurants, night life and shopping as well as the fact that we are a short walk from the Town Chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort. We were pleasantly suprised at all there is to do in Park City in the off season. The golf courses, the hiking and biking trails, the nearby fishing and boating on the Jordanelle Reservoir were bonuses we didn't anticipate.

Detailed fact sheets are supplied on a seasonal basis with information on ground transportation, discount ski lift tickets, location of grocery stores, transit schedules for the free Park City buses, etc.

Wonderful unit with perfect location to enjoy all that Park City offers.
We were looking for traditional accommodations that would afford us easy, walking access to Park City's Main Street/Park Ave as well as super easy access to the ski slopes. This unit at Park Station fit the bill perfectly. Town Lift is just across the street, and Main Street is right out the front door. Also, well-appointed rooms, kitchen and living room made this a most relaxing and enjoyable stay for our entire party-of-four plus two additional guest who came down from SLC while we were there. A REAL wood-burning fireplace with great supply of firewood outside on the private balcony is perfect for a cold, snowy night in PC. The location in Building 2 is perfect - on the 4th floor with nice views and quiet surrounding but building is also the closest to Main Street and Town Lift, just perfect. The availability of covered, convenient parking was also appreciated. The perfect, authentic Park City ski+town experience and location.

Fantastic place. The Owner, Linda, delivered a home away from home for me and my family over the holidays. Her place is warm, inviting, and had everything we needed to make our stay complete. Linda was responsive to any questions about the rental and offered great recommendations for rentals, restaurants, and local attractions.
Fantastic location. Linda's unit is very short walk to the Town Lift chair and Main Street where we enjoyed some of the best restaurants and shopping in Park City has to offer. This would be the first place we would look to stay when we return to Park City for our next visit.
Great condo with lots of information provided by the owner that helped us save $
Very comfortable condo with updated baths and kitchen. The owner provided great advice regarding great ground transportation, discount rentals and free ski storage and sent us a Park City magazine in advance so we were able to make dinner reservations a month before we arrive. Will definitely stay there again. Also - the induction cooktop was wonderful. What an improvement over cooking over traditional electric ranges.
I am glad you enjoyed staying in our condo. We think the induction cooktop is a great addition. Since our building does not have gas as an option, owners have no choice but to have an electric stove. The induction heats up quickly and has ten different settings that allow for immediate adjustment once something starts to boil. We try to provide as much updated info as we can on restaurant menus and things to do in Park City so that guests have a great time during their stay at our condo.
Great condo super close to the town lift and main street
Condo was sizable, and clean. Hottub for the complex was huge and nice and hot after a long day of skiing.
Great location, clean unit, responsive host
Location was great, was a short walk to the slopes each morning and to dinner each night. condo was very clean and well equipped. large indoor and outdoor hot tubs were well maintained and close to the unit. parking was easy and close the unit.
Best location in Park City. On the high frequency bus route with easy access to all three Park City area ski resorts. Steps away from great restaurants, galleries and shops. Pool and hot tubs in common area.
