Just completed major renovation making this condo really nice! All new furniture. New Granite Countertops, Kitchen cabinets and fireplace treatment redone as well. Hardwood floors, bathroom renovation, new stainless kitchen appliances, Large Samsung Smart TV, plus we've just added a washer and drier in the unit. Brand new beds in both bedrooms, new dressers, pillows & Linens.

This condo is very much upgraded since renovation and easily deserves another star in ranking.

We also now offer FREE Concierge service to our guests... Need someone to book a reservation somewhere? Need discounts on rentals? Suggestions for things to do off the slopes? Our concierge Samantha is available to help you with your needs to make your trip even more enjoyable and stress free!

Our condo is not only cozy and comfortable but also has an amazing location!! This condo is located slopeside in historic old town Park City. It features two bedrooms and two baths and sleeps four to six guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed while the second bedroom has a Queen bed and has an optional high end twin Aerobed which pops up to regular bed height, (22 inches) which can be set up in the 2nd bedroom by sliding the big bed over or anywhere in the condo. The couch in the living room also has a queen size pullout. There is a full bath with shower tub off of the 2nd bedroom and the bedroom with the red bed has a full bathroom across the hall with a stand up shower. The condo features a wood burning fireplace and we also provide firewood free of charge.

Additional amenities of the property include cable TV, High speed WIFI Cable internet hot spot, (20 mps) community hot tub just down stairs below the condo, common parking and a common coin operated washer and dryer downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans and a dishwasher.

Guests have access to the ski catwalk right off of the Creole town run which puts you within 200 paces of the condo parking area. From the top of this short catwalk you can strap on your skis and ski right down to the town lift. It is only a short walk of 4 blocks to Main Street from the lower driveway off Empire Ave.

Activities you can enjoy nearby include hiking, biking, golfing, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, sledding, the Sundance Film Festival, sightseeing, boating, water skiing, windsurfing, fly-fishing, shopping, restaurants, live theater, and cinemas.

Nearby ski resorts include Park City, Deer Valley, and The Canyons. Sundance is only 20 minutes away. Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Solitude are within 30 minutes.

If you can't find everything you want to do here it's only 30 minutes to Salt Lake City.

Pete Barrett is a commercial advertising photographer based in both South Florida and New England. Primarily a location shooter, Pete travels extensively shooting people, lifestyle, sports and destinations for a variety of national advertising clients and Fortune 500 Companies.

Pete, his wife and two boys reside full time in Florida and spend summers in Maine and get to Park City often to enjoy the snow.

Why Pete Barrett chose Old Town

This property was a perfect fit for us. We wanted to get a place we could come to to ski that was easy to get to and could also offer some rental returns. This condo is so close to Park City Mountain Resort and to Main Street but just up the street so you don't have any of the traffic problems or noise issues you get staying right on Main Street.

Park City is an amazing town with so much to offer.

  • The 2nd bedroom has an optional twin Aerobed to sleep an extra person. This is their upgraded model that stands at 22 inches high and has it's own headboard. Nothing like a standard air mattress. This is more like a traditional bed. It stands up high to the same height as a pop up trundle bed. It also has a remote control that allows the guest to set the firmness to his or her own personal comfort level. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you will be needing this extra bed set up and we will have our maid set up the room configuration for both beds.

Great location; great owner!

We just got back from a wonderful one week stay! The condo was exactly as pictured and included everything to make our stay feel like home. The kitchen has all of the gadgets you need to make meals at home. The washer/dryer in the unit is a huge plus. The humidifiers were also a must have! The proximity to skiing and Main St are fantastic. The owner is super accommodating and responsive. I would recommend this condo to friends and family!

Pete, thank you so much for all of the information you provided in advance of our stay. Your recommendations on restaurants and activities made our first time in Park City all the more enjoyable. And, we love your concierge, Samantha - she is wonderful. We had her to stock the fridge with some breakfast foods and other basics and she was great with sharing information about ski slopes we should try. She really knows the are well. Additionally, your condo is great and exactly as advertised - new furnishings, homey feel, and directly above main street - we walked to and from dinner every night. We'll be back next year and we'll recommend you/your condo to all of our friends who are looking for a great place for their ski adventure. Thank you again and please give us a call the next time you are in or near North Carolina.

Very nice, comfortable, walk to slopes and downtown

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. We had two couples there for four nights and it was plenty big enough. It would be tight for a third couple but would probably work for a family with a couple of extra kids. The couches and beds are very nice and there were towels and washcloths provided in each bathroom. The views from the living room are great and all the light makes the apartment feel more spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and make some good meals. There were no spices or condiments leftover from previous guests so make sure to bring any particulars you may want.

We got lucky with the weather and had fresh snow all weekend. You can walk up the hill and ski down to Town Lift or you can walk down a block and join the same run. We took Quit N Time home and skiid to within 100 steps of the front door. We left our gear downstairs in the storage room and grabbed wood for the fire on the way upstairs.

It’s a 5-10 minute walk downtown for dinner and drinks. The walk back up the hill is a workout after a long day of skiing. We caved and took a $10 Uber one night.

The only downside to the apartment are the very thin walls. We can hear every step the people upstairs take but they are not loud and it hasn’t been a problem. We can basically have a conversation through the wall with our friends though.

Overall, we definitely enjoyed the proximity to the slopes and downtown. I would recommend this for families or two couples traveling together. The owner was extremely responsive and checked on us several times to make sure everything was going well.

A great find in Park City

We stayed for 6 nights (family of 4) in late February 2018 and it was everything we expected. Pete was great to work with and Samantha (concierge) answered many questions we had promptly since this was our first time to Park City.

The condo was very clean, kitchen stocked appropriately, comfortable beds and a great wood burning fireplace with all the wood you needed.

To summarize, everything in the description of the condo is accurate and we highly recommend it. Thanks again Pete and Samantha.

Great place for guys ski trip

Stayed in early Feb. Overall my experience staying here was fantastic. I have nothing negative to state here so I’ll hit the highlights and the areas I was concerned with when looking for a place to stay in PC. The house has 2 queens, an air matress a pull out couch and a smaller couch. 2 bathrooms both with showers. Lots of towels, shampoo, soap, t.p. etc was provided. It was enough room for me and 3 other guys on our annual ski trip. The hot tub is great. its just down the stairs from the unit and seats 5 very comfortably . 6 wouldn’t be a stretch, maybe even 7 could fit okay. I was there 5 days and we had only 2 other people outside our group use the hottub and they were all very cool. There is a fireplace that works but I did not use, didn’t need to. There is a small back balcony with chairs too for chilling out. Place has good wifi. You take about a 3 minute walk (with all your gear on) to the spot you actually put your board on and ride down to the lift. If you didn’t have gear on it’d take maybe a minute. The run is literally 2 houses away, you’d be very hard pressed to get closer. The unit has everything you’d need to cook too. The fridge held all our beer (which was a lot) and all our food no problems. Walk to town lift/high west distillery takes maybe 7 minutes. The walk is very easy. Pro tip; go down the stairs and out the back instead of walking out the front and around. Saves a good 4 minutes. The walk back up is tough because its all uphill and you’ve presumably been riding all day but its not really that big of a deal. Also cabs are plentiful and cheap so this is a non issue. Bars and restaurants are great, always have been. I didn’t have any issues but I did reach out to the owner about something and he responded right away. Also before I left a “concierge” gave me a shout to make sure everything was good to go and had a bunch of restaurant tips, local places to check out, etc. Not something I used as I know PC pretty well but I can see that being a pretty handy thing to have. So definitely 5 starts here, I’d give 6 if I could. I would stay here again no question.

NEWLY RENOVATED!!! Condo was completely renovated just a year & 1/2 ago. Approval ratings from guests have been overwhelmingly positive with many repeat guests. All new furniture throughout the condo. Updated kitchen with granite counters, upgraded fireplace treatment, wood floors. Just added a washer and drier to the condo also! Looks great! We have an unexpected opening for Sundance so inquire quickly before it goes! Awesome location. Hard to beat for the price! Very close to town. Just a few blocks down the hill from the lower Empire Ave driveway that leads out from the downstairs parking area. We are directly off the Creole Run on Park City Mountain Resort. Ski down Catwalk to withing one hundred paces to our parking lot. Short walk up this catwalk lets you strap on your skis and ski down to the town lift to get quickly up the mountain.
