The queen guest bedroom grants access to a full bathroom just steps away and to the rear porch, while down the hallway you'll find two more bedrooms — one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed plus a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. Both of these rooms share a well-appointed hall bathroom with double vanities. Each bedroom features a flat-screen television, and the house is equipped with complimentary wifi and central heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). Additionally, guests have access to four adult cruiser bikes, four backpack beach chairs and an assortment of beach toys.

PLEASE NOTE: The Seacrest Beach community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective January 1, 2022 Seacrest Beach HOA has banned the use of non-owner golf carts, scooters and Mokes. Golf carts / low speed vehicles are not allowed in the neighboring areas of Peddler’s Pavilion, Rosemary and Alys Beaches.
