Close to Everything...But Away from It All

Wake each morning to the extraordinary views you’ll only find on Florida’s Emerald Coast. The turquoise waters of the Gulf. Rolling sugar-white sand dunes. Reflections of the pines on a small coastal lake. It’s hard not to have an extraordinary day when this what you see as you raise the bedroom shades each morning at Mar-A-Lago.

This spacious 3-bedroom 3 1/2-bath home is located in a small private cluster of homes on the far eastern edge of Seagrove Beach. Nestled right up against Deer Lake State Park, it’s a hidden paradise at the end of an Old Florida style sand road. Hop on the provided golf cart and one of South Walton’s least crowded and easiest-access (no stairs) beaches is just a minute's ride away.

The home’s two master suites make this vacation rental ideal for multiple families. The first floor master features a wet bar and mini-fridge, and the development’s community pool is just a few steps from the screened-in porch. The second story consists of the common living spaces, including a well-stocked kitchen that makes it feel much more like home. And on the 3rd level, you'll find the other two spacious bedrooms: the upper master suite with its enviable views, and the bunk/kids room, which also has the convenience of its own bath.

The peaceful, park-like setting and natural views might make you feel as though you're far from civilization, but everything else the Emerald Coast has to offer is equally close at hand: the 18-miles of bike trails along scenic 30-A; the great shops, galleries and restaurants of Seaside and Rosemary Beach; fishing on Eastern Lake; family entertainment at Pier Park in Panama City; and world-class golf courses.

With so much to do outdoors it’s hard to imagine you’ll spend much time inside -- but when you do, you’ll find all the comforts of home: HDTVs, including a 55" TV in the Living Room; blazing fast WiFi; a closet full of games in the kids room to keep them happy on rainy days; and a spacious living room/dining room area with plenty of room for everyone to hang out. For a small extra fee, we'll be happy to allow you to bring your well-behaved dog on the trip as well.

Additionally, we've recently updated the home to keep it in great condition - including refinished hardwood floors, fresh paint throughout, new carpets, new kitchen counters and more.

Great Stay on 30a!

  • 5 of 5

Highly recommend this property. It is even more roomy then the pictures reflect. Very tastefully decorated and the kitchen has anything you could possibly use in. Location is basically between Seaside and Rosemary beach and you can walk to Deer Lake from the beach. The screened in porch and the two balconies on the 2nd and third floors were very convenient to feel the Gulf breeze, breath in the salt air and sip on a glass of wine in the evenings. The golf cart makes the beach seam "right there". Would rent this again without hesitation. My wife and kids (22 & 21) loved it!

Very nice

  • 5 of 5

I highly recommend this property. We came here for a family spring break with our four children. It is very convenient to one of the nicest beach locations in 30a. The beach adjoins a state park, so it was very uncrowdes even during spring break. The golf cart was perfect for transport back and forth. My kids absolutely loved riding on it.

The condo itself is beautifully appointed. The fact that we could bring our two dogs was a huge selling point for us.

The beds were comfortable.

The use of the three bikes was fun for exploring.

Mary was great to work with is and even mailed back some of the makeup my wife left at the condo.

Overall a five star experience!

Great house for Spring Break with Teens

  • 5 of 5

This is a great beach house for large groups! Our big crew loved the spacious living room on the second floor, and having the bedrooms on the first and third floors was ideal when travelling with older kids. The balconies are fantastic! The washer and dryer are located in one of the upstairs bedrooms, which made it a bit inconvenient to keep up with laundry during the week. The proximity to the beach is great, an easy walk. The property location is a little off the beaten path, which is nice for the most part, but most teens want to hang out in Seaside each evening and it is really too far for kids to safely bike or walk after dark, so we had to drive quite a bit in the evenings. The one lane dirt road is perfect for minimizing traffic, but it was very rainy when we arrived, and for a few days we had to navigate some very large mud puddles (which our dog didn't mind at all!) Our interactions with the owners and staff were very professional and helpful. We felt everyone wanted us to have a very nice stay. We would certainly recommend this property to others!

Love this area!!!

  • 4 of 5

The home is beautifully decorated and conveniently close to Seaside/Rosemary Beach. The weather was a bit cold and it would have been great if the pool was heated, the kids still enjoyed some time at the beach and pool. The golf cart is essential to get down to the beach, the walk would be too far to carry all of your beach gear. From the pictures it appears there is a walk way to the beach, it is not accessible from this property, but with the golf cart you are only a few min's away. We loved that it was pet friendly! The owner and mgmt company were easy to deal with. The beach is beautiful and quiet! There is a nice view from the master bedroom. Overall a great, very reasonably priced home!!!!

My Favorite Beach Home EVER!!!

  • 5 of 5

I have been going to the Florida Panhandle all of my 52-yr life. From Panama City to Ft Walton, i've stayed at numerous hotels, condos, communities. By far, this gem of a beach home in Seagrove Beach is my favorite. All the comforts of home. Its so private and nestled in, but within minutes of everything. I love having coffee in the morning on the master bedroom balcony...overlooking the pines and lakes of Deer Lake, and the beautiful Gulf beyond. Or driving the golf cart down to the pristine, not very crowded beach. I have stayed here with friends, and also by myself. Each time i leave here recharged, and eagerly awaiting my next visit. Truly, what a great, peaceful and energizing getaway.

Great Home!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I enjoyed Mar-a-Lago 60 very much! The home was nice and clean and had everything we needed. The golf cart was a HUGE plus and made trips to the beach and back a breeze! My kids LOVED riding in it!! It is so nice that the owners share the beach chairs, tubes, boogie boards, bicycles. My husband and I road the bikes into Seaside one afternoon and had lunch. We had the pool all to ourselves and it was great that it was just outside our back door. The kids LOVED it!! The entire complex is very quiet, at least it was when we were there! The beach is beautiful white sand! We had a great trip!! Will definitely be back!

Owner's Response: We're happy to hear you enjoyed your stay, and that you were able to make use of our various "beach" amenities. Do come back. The place will seem even more like "home" the second time around.
