Wake up in the morning from our individually owned 5 Star, Platinum rated Seychelles 405 unit and look out and see the Panama City's famous powder white sand beach and the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico from our Simmons Beauty Rest pillow top king sized bed. Walk out on the 25 foot balcony from the Master Bedroom for your early morning coffee. From this low 4th floor you can watch your kids at the pool or on the beach. Enjoy the two pools as well as the hot tub directly on the beach. Once hitting the beach, check in with Coastal Parasail Beach Service to get your complimentary two lounges and umbrella, a $190.00 value (weekly rate)! You only check in the 1st day, from then on just go straight to your set-up always on the front row.

This condo is one of the few floor plans on the beach that you can access the view from the Master Bedroom or the Living room. This premium floor plan also has a separate small bedroom with a double bed with a full bath across the hall as compared to bunks located in the hall. We have a pillow top king bed in the Master, a full sized bed in the second bedroom, plus a commercial grade queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. We are willing to accommodate five guests. The unit has all stainless appliances as well as tile throughout including the bedrooms. It is located right next to the elevator only one floor up from the parking walk over.

The unit is tastefully decorated with three flat screen HD TV's. One in each bedroom as well as the living room. There are three DVD players with one being a Blu-Ray, one for each TV, free Wi-Fi and high speed internet service (we are one of the very few Seychelles condos that have its own WiFi radio for excellent reception), black out drapes; you will have access to two pools, sauna, and fitness room. Our unit is one of the three or four condos in the complex that has a FULL SIZE front load HE Maytag washer and dryer, not the tiny stacked unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with Corean countertops; all you need to bring is the food. Make #seychelles405 your vacation home.

Seychelles was built in 2006 and is located on the 'quiet end' of the beach within walking distance to St. Andrews Park and restaurants; Schooners, and Scampi's. The world famous Captain Andersons can be found within a quarter of a mile. All building, beach and pool access is controlled by security code.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:

* Six guest maximum (includes children all ages), less greatly preferred, - One guest must be at least 25. Please NO additional guests after asking for a quote! Additional guests will resort in forfeiting the security deposit.

* Check-in is 3:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10 a.m. Central Time.

* Seychelles is a no pet, non-smoking condominium.

* No grills allowed on property due to fire regulations.

* $250 refundable damage deposit.

* All Weekly Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during peak season.

* You will be dealing with the owner, not an uncaring management company.

* Our HOA charges a $15.00 Parking fee per vehicle, property bands are provided fee of charge. additional guests/vehicles staying can result in possible eviction) Parking during certain times of the peak season are limited to ONE vehicle per condo.

Our names are Gregg and Deborah Tonkin and we live in Fort Payne, Alabama. We try to visit our 'second home' as much as we possibly can.

Even before purchasing our condo, PCB has been like another home to us. We have been married since 1980, spent our honeymoon here and most every year since has been spent on our favorite beach.

Why Gregg or Deborah Tonkin chose Panama City Beach

We spent a lot of time shopping condo's, looking at the positives and negatives of each complex. The reason we chose Seychelles was mainly due the location, on the extreme East end of the beach. Not only is it less crowded but it is out of the traffic loop. Traffic on Front Beach Road can be awful especially near Pier Park, the condo's on the far West end were located very close to the water leaving very little beach.

We picked our particular unit for a couple of reasons, we wanted to be on a lower floor so not only could we tell what was going on at the beach, pool, etc. but high enough for privacy so we could leave the curtains open day or night if we wished. The second reason was our unit is one of the few with the Master bedroom opening up to the balcony overlooking the gulf. What can I say about that!!

Several very good restaurants are within walking distance including Schooners, Scampi's, and Montego Bay. There is no reason most evenings to even have to get in your car.

What makes this condo unique

We love getting up in the morning, go to the balcony, drink our coffee and read the paper. We can watch the dolphins as well as anything else going on in the water or on the beach. At night, NOT during Summer, we can leave the sliding glass door open slightly and let the surf put us to sleep.

Thanksgiving Beach Trip

This was our 2nd annual Thanksgiving Beach Trip and we stayed in a different condo in the same building last year. Seychelles 405 far exceeded the previous condo! Very clean and updated-the kitchen has everything you would need. The master bedroom was very nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable! The master bathroom is huge-the second bedroom and bathroom were perfect for our friend who was with us. You can tell the owners take pride in their condo and we really appreciated it! The sunsets from the balcony are really beautiful! Seychelles 405 is at the top of our list for next year!!!

Absolutely Wonderful Condo!

Beautiful Condo! My husband and I visit Panama City Beach at least once a year. Looking no longer for the perfect Condo...this is it. Very clean and spacious, and all you need and more in the kitchen! Nice towels and sheets (especially sheets). Balcony off the living room and the master bedroom! Really liked being on 4th Floor.

Great owners very helpful. Thank you Gregg and Deborah for sharing your home away from with us. Looking forward to next year!

We have stayed in numerous condo's visiting family and friends these past 20+ years as I was raised in Panama City Beach. Seychelles 405 is in our top list now . The condo location is fabulous. Thomas Drive is a great area to stay. Being next door to Schooner's was a nice treat. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The welcome package was very informational and appreciated that. While we did not cook there, the kitchen did seem to be very well stocked with appropriate dishes and pots and pans. Stocked well for your initial arrival, i.e., paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc. Great restaurants close by and a Publix/Winn Dixie right around the corner. Loved the sunsets on the balcony. While we did not use the "chair service" possibly next visit was included in our stay free of charge. Thank you again. I will recommend to friends and family.

Superb Condo with Added Amenities

This rental was absolutely wonderful! Electronic key code was far superior to lock boxes which sometimes won't open, the wifi was fantastic and easy to connect to, and the air conditioner worked like a dream. Very clean, spacious, near the elevators, with all the extras you could ask for! Coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, crock pot, full set of dishes, glassware, silverware, measuring cups & spoons...whatever you want to cook, this kitchen will meet your needs. Tile flooring throughout, a balcony off the living room and the master bedroom. The furniture was all in great shape and very comfortable--no old second-hand stuff here. Not only were there plenty of towels, even in the kitchen, but extra sheets, and several extra blankets! The cherry on top is the inclusion of two beach chairs and a beach umbrella! We thought every rental came with this amenity, but in talking to other renters we found out this was a $40 a day bonus! The chairs and umbrella come complete with an employee who adjusts your umbrella to suit your needs (shade-vs-sun), and checks on you periodically. If you've ever rented a condo or cabin before, you know you don't always get what is described. This rental won't let you down. As a bonus, we received our security deposit back within two days! I recommend it without hesitation. We will definitely be back!

Comforting and Clean!

This condo was very comfortable and very clean! We were very happy with all of the amenities that were in the condo. This owner has very up-to-date kitchen appliances, utensils, and silver and glassware. Comfortable beds and furniture. The balcony was super nice! Also, nicely decorated. The owner made everything very easy when contacting him to reserve this condo, and had everything ready for us when we got there. (Code #'s, arm bands, cleaning instructions, etc.) We would definetly like to stay here again when visiting PCB!

Perfect get away anytime of the year!

Seychelles 405 is an excellent choice if your wanting a great condo away from all the busyness but a short drive to all the great restaurants and shopping, the owners are so helpful and always quick to respond. They have a welcome packet with helpful info as well as them checking on you to make sure everything went ok upon arrival. The condo is well kept and very clean with everything you will need. The 2 beach chairs provided are an added bonus and the beach attendants are awesome as well. We have been to this condo both in late May and early October and have had great experiences both times and have already booked our trip for next year.
