I discovered Park City by accident! I believe in karma and mine must have been very good the night I met a young lady who had just purchased a condo in Park City. I was fortunate to have had an opportunity to purchase a vacation rental in such a wonderful place to enjoy life and nature at its best. Every visit to Park City makes me appreciate how lucky I was to be able to purchase this place! I want everyone to experience the joy I feel every time I visit my Townhouse! My goal is to have repeat guests and referrals to the best value in Park City! I want your stay to be SPECIAL! I love Park City and I visit several times a year! I consider myself very lucky to have purchased here! When you visit, you will understand why I feel this way!
What makes this Townhome unique
CONVENIENCE: You are only steps away from the free bus and transit stop at the "Stonebridge!" It is a lovely 14 minute walk to Main Street and only 15 minutes to the No Name Saloon, home of the famous Buffalo Burger! Only a short walk to the Park City Liquor Store near the Transit Center, 460 Swede Alley, phone 435-649-3293. Liquor sales are different in Utah! Store Hours: Monday - Saturday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm COMPLETE: My unit is well equipped with all of the conveniences of home*. *If you find a better equipped and more user friendly place, let me know. I want to maintain my reputation as the 'Most Attentive Inn Keeper In Park City!' CLEAN: I take great pride in my Cleaning Team and how they prepare my place for each arriving guest! Please read the Guest Reviews! The kitchen is sparkling clean and fully equipped for every type of meal preparation. (I worked and cooked in a fire house with 10 hungry firemen so I know how important it is to have what you need in your kitchen!) I get back to Park City several times a year. This gives me the opportunity to keep up to date on what is happening in Park City and it gives me the opportunity to make sure I have every thing guests could want or need for their stay! Honest update on our stay
We stayed at Bill’s property Feb 17-22 2020, ski week. Here is my summary for our stay.
The good: Bill is a great manager and super-fast communicator. Location of the house to Deer Valley you cannot beat: 3 min walk down a small slope and 4 min ride on a shuttle (they come often). Very quiet location. House is big enough to accommodate 4 people ( 2 aduts, 2 kids): 2 levels: kitchen, living upstairs, bedroom downstairs. Great jacuzzi outside and it works great.
The not-so good: house is dated: everything from furniture, to bathrooms, utensils, etc. Mattresses are very hard: kids on the scale from 1-10 are 10. Adult 8. We had to use 4 blankets to stay warm. Blankets, towels, sheets are all quite dated. Our biggest challenge were heaters downstairs in the bedrooms. With central heating system, no matter how much we tried, we could not get comfortable temps at night and morning using local heaters in bedrooms. It was either too hot, or too cold depending on when central would kick in.
The entire house is carpeted and there are at least 10 area rugs all over the place. The house was very dusty and my son (who has asthma) had to take antihistamines during our entire stay.
Check-in process: house check-in rule was 4pm. We arrived at 3 and cleaners just arrived. We left came back at 530 and they were still there until 6. House smelled terrible with chemicals: I mentioned to cleaners that they should use something that smells less strong.
While it’s true that the house has everything in the kitchen, many pots and pans are so old that I could not fry anything without my food sticking to the skillets.
My husband said, this is a true rental where the owner doesn’t stay in the house and thus everything is dates & not that nice. In places where owners stay themselves, things tend to be of better quality & condition. My price per night including everything was high given my experience. I realize that Deer Valley is expensive, even more expensive given high season of ski week. Nevertheless. The house could use some love with upgrades.
I know that this property has a lot of positive ratings. I wanted to share our honest experience so that for people who share the same things of importance with us know what to expect.

Second time at Bill’s place, such a convenient location for its proximity to Deer Valley and Main Street. Will certainly consider again for our next visit.
This was our second stay at Bill's Stonebridge townhouse, and we enjoyed it again. We love the layout, the hot tub, and the other amenities of the townhouse. Bill is an excellent host. He stays in regular contact and is always available to answer questions and provide information about the townhouse and Park City. We hope to return yet again!
Incredible location, overall, it was a great vacation. Every aspect of our trip from the day we booked to the day we left was made extremely easy. We were in constant communication and there were no surprises. We would definitely stay again.
Great Host - Great Location
Bill was a great host - Communication was always quick and efficient. The property had everything you would need and then some. It was one of the cleanest properties I have used. It was comfortable in every way and the location can't be beat. You are .5 miles from Deer Valley Ski Resort. It's a convenient location to everything in Park city and right on the bus line.
My family very much enjoyed staying at Bills place and we are already looking forward to coming back.
