Location? Only a 12 minute walk to Main Street! Think "Sundance" 2016! You don't need a car!

The FREE bus stops directly in front of 'Boulder Creek' at the Stonebridge (Both directions), in the Lower Deer Valley!

Catch the free shuttle and visit all of the famous ski areas or the Sundance Films.

After your fabulous day of skiing, jump in the private hot tub outside the master bedroom & the guest bedroom sliding patio doors.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed while the second bedroom features twin beds. A sofa bed is in the living room in front of the wood burning fireplace. Guest #7 gets the "long couch" that will sleep one comfortably. All bedding, blankets & pillows are packed for each additional sleeping area & are in the front entry closet.

The kitchen would impress Julia Child! OK, Martha Stewart too! I have equipped the kitchen for all of your culinary needs. I will send detailed photos of what to expect when you arrive, drawer by drawer! The kitchen is complete with all sorts of cooking implements & tools with your meal preparation needs considered.

You will find an assortment of fresh condiments and spices to ensure that your cooking needs start on the right track. From the crock pot to the complete assortment of tools and utility items, , you will find what you need in my kitchen!

Guests have commented that I have a more complete kitchen than THEY DO AT THEIR OWN HOME!

Be sure & visit the No Name Saloon,447 Main Street, where the locals go! I consider this to be the best place to visit in all of Park City! The buffalo burger is hard to beat and the t shirts and tank tops are the best!

The best part about being so close to the No Name Saloon is it is only a 12 minute walk to 'HOME'!

VERY IMPORTANT! THE SPEED LIMIT ON DEER VALLEY DRIVE IS 25 MPH! IT IS ENFORCED WITH RADAR AND THEY ARE WELL HIDDEN SO BE CAREFUL! USE YOUR 'CRUISE CONTROL' SET FOR 25 MPH-THEY ARE RUTHLESS AND TICKET MANY CARS ON THIS STRETCH OF ROAD.

It is never too early to think about booking for the Sundance Film Festival 2016. The best place to stay for 2016, 21 January until 31 January!

5 night minimum for the best value rate $500.00. + tax and cleaning & security!

Walk to Main Street, Bus from in front of the complex and have the most comfortable place to hang out in all of Lower Deer Valley!

Park City Theaters are all within easy driving distance (the furthest out being 30 minutes according to Google Maps) while the closest are only a few minutes away. At least a couple (The Egyptian Theatre and the Library Center Theatre are within reasonable walking distance from 1093 Stonebridge Circle.

Bill Prather, Retired Fire Captain, City of Richmond, CA. Retired from real estate sales in Contra Costa County. I worked in sales since since 1975 and can now enjoy Park City more often! . At age 73 I am enjoying Park City and its environs as there is always something to do! I have enjoyed visiting this lovely area and I want all to be able to share my experience. I discovered Park City by accident! I believe in karma and mine must have been very good the night I met a young lady who had just purchased a condo in Park City. I was fortunate to have had an opportunity to purchase a vacation rental in such a wonderful place to enjoy life and nature at its best. Every visit to Park City makes me appreciate how lucky I was to be able to purchase this place! I want everyone to experience the joy I feel every time I visit my Townhouse! My goal is to have repeat guests and referrals to the best value in Park City!

What makes this townhome unique

CONVENIENCE: You are only steps away from the free bus and transit stop at the "Stonebridge!" It is a lovely 12 minute walk to Main Street and only 15 minutes to the No Name Saloon, home of the famous Buffalo Burger!

Only a short walk to the Park City Liquor Store near the Transit Center, 460 Swede Alley, phone 435-649-3293. Liquor sales are different in Utah!

Store Hours: Monday - Saturday, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm

COMPLETE: My unit is well equipped with all of the conveniences of home*.

The kitchen is sparkling clean and fully equipped for every type of meal preparation. (I worked and cooked in a fire house with 10 hungry firemen so I know how important it is to have what you need in your kitchen!)

I get back to Park City several times a year. This gives me the opportunity to keep up to date on what is happening in Park City and it gives me the opportunity to make sure I have every thing guests could want or need for their stay!

“We loved this place, it felt like a home away from home. It was clean and comfortable, and Bill made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. He was very helpful and accommodating to our needs and requests. The fireplace was great after a day on the slopes, as was the hot tub right outside the master bedroom. It's in a great location, and a very short walk to the free buses that take you anywhere you need to go. Our whole party was thrilled with our stay here, and would book it again in a heartbeat!”

Really pleased with this great rental - very convenient for both Deer Valley and Park City skiing. You can rely on the listing details, the condo was very well-equipped and well-heated.

Very good customer service - we had a minor maintenance issue which we reported and was quickly handled to our satisfaction.

Would definitely recommend.

Convenience, Great Accommodations and Exceptional Customer Service

If you are looking for a place where everything is taken care of for you, then you need to stay here. The owner has done everything possible to anticipate your needs. He has addressed every little detail to provide you a comfortable living environment. It’s a comfortable home to come back to after a wonderful day of skiing/snowboarding. The condo has very easy access to the slopes either by car or public transportation. On several occasions we even walked into town for dinner.

The best part is the owner’s passion for making sure that everything is taken care of properly. You get the same attention as if you were staying at a five star hotel. He makes you feel very welcome.

Great location, access to slopes/trails, cozy well equipped

The condo was terrific. It is comfortable with all the amenities we needed: comfortable living room; well equipped kitchen with spices, coffee & tea; and easy ski home allowing our group to quit at various times during the day. Lovely views and access to hiking or xcountry trails out back. The gas fireplace gives it a cozy feel and on a warm day we were able to sit out on the terrace to enjoy the sun.

Great Park City/Deer Valley Rental

My sister and I stayed at this condo on a recent ski trip. Bill does a great job of providing the things you need for a rental -- well equipped kitchen with spices, basic supplies, etc. The living room and dining room are very comfortable and the hot tub is terrific. Its a terrific location, we walked into town for dinner and found the bus service to Deer Valley and Park City very easy. Bill also was flexible about late check outs etc. All and all a very nice place with great service

Fabulous Park City Condo

Our family of 4 stayed at Bill's place in Park City and had a wonderful time! The condo is exactly as described and pictured with many touches that made if feel immediately like home. We chose to cook in one night and found everything we needed and more in the kitchen---including spices and other staples that are always a pain to have to buy on vacation. There was more than enough space for us and enough entertainment to keep us busy on our day off from skiing (games, TV, movies, etc---all provided in the condo). The unit is VERY quiet and private and extremely convenient to the local ski resorts--my family skied Deer Valley, Alta and PC. We chose to rent a car but the public transport system in PC was very user friendly and the bus stop right is outside the condo complex so a car would not necessarily be needed. Bill was an attentive owner and we had no issues or problems during our stay. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is considering a trip to PC.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR VRBO #218848
My fire service back ground taught me to expect the unexpected! Things can happen that turn our daily routine into chaos! Understanding that things do not always go as planned my cancellation policy is very liberal. If unforeseen events turn your life upside down I do not want to add to your difficulties.
There is no penalty for cancelling up to one week prior to arrival. A full refund will be made. If cancellation occurs within one week of the reservation, a refund will be made less 2 nights of the contract rent.
My desire is to have you remember me as “The Best Innkeeper in Park City!” One with an understanding that life can & will turn our lives upside down on occasion!
