COMPLETE KITCHEN WITH FRIDGE, MICROWAVE, 3 STOVETOP BURNERS ( NO OVEN- NO DISHWASHER ). Toaster, coffee grinder, kettle, all kitchen ware included.
2 bedrooms each with double beds, Master bedroom has en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. 2nd bathroom with shower only.

Hardwood floor, Flat screen TV with cable, No stereo system but speakers are available for your computer music. Leather sectional couch, table with chairs, office desk with all in one printer, DSL internet and local phone ( use calling card for long distance ).

A large, comfortable older apartment in with a very central location the heart of TST. Walk to much of Kowloon, shopping, restaurants etc - we enjoyed our stay. Hosts are super friendly, helpful and easy going. Apartment is just as it is pictured.
Decent apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. Close to Jordan MTR, safe with 24-hr doorman. Excellent directions and communication with owner. The manager, Jim, is very nice too. He can pick up at airport if needed for a fee similar to taking a taxi. For a family of five, this is cheaper and more convenient than taking the train. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are predictably small, yet functional. The only concern I have is it's a bit dusty, especially behind the doors, along the walls, on the blinds and bathroom fans, and under the tables/chairs.
Once again the apartment was spectacular. Great location, spotlessly clean and the added bonus of 1 + 1/2 bathrooms!!
This is my second stay at this apartment and will be planning to stay here when I next visit Hong Kong. Owner is a delight to deal with.

The apartment was exactly as promised. We were visiting several cities in China with young children, and we wanted something central and convenient.
The apartment had everything we needed. Wifi was good, the kitchen had everything we needed, and I hadn't even realized there was a washer-dryer at the booking time. That was a nice plus too. The owners responded to emails very quickly, and the deposit was refunded promptly. Checkin was a simple couple of codes. Make sure you print off the instructions, though, or you'll be struggling to figure out which code goes where and where to find the code box.
More than 4 people would be getting a little crowded, but for 4 it was more than enough room. There are a dozen grocery stores nearby. There's some road noise, but the apartment is on a relatively quiet road which gets really quiet after about 10pm. It's not silent, but by Hong Kong standards it's good. We certainly weren't disturbed. We had to tell some children playing cricket in the hallway to be quiet, but that was no big deal. They quieted down.
The location is actually about equidistant between Jordan and Tsim Sha Tsui if you look at the actual walking involved. That was nice, as it meant we could walk to most of the shopping and eating areas without having to drag the kids to the metro.
As they say , location is everything . This apartment is perfect for one or two couples . But the shower off the main bedroom will have to be shared. The beds are comfortable, and there are tons of linens. The kitchen is only for preparing food, and two people at once is one too many. Everything works well. And nothing has been forgotten. The small bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but we took care of that. The AC was very welcome, and the main one did the entire place. We didn't use the bedroom AC.
The street has dozens of restaurants and even if it is pouring out, you only have to walk ten feet for supper. A few blocks down Kimberely, we found a Marks and Spencer Food store. Superb. All major transportation is close by, and easy to use. We would return to this location, without a second thought.
