About the property

The traditionally-built Portuguese house was recently completely renovated while maintaining original elements and is equipped with all modern comforts (heating, rustic fireplace, high-quality marble kitchen with Miele appliances) equipped. The house consists of 3 storeys, so that it provides each with private bath enough space for 8 to 10 people. In the large garden you will find several cozy terraces. You can safely leave their vehicle in the safe, on-site atrial your vehicle. There is parking for 3 cars.

Features:

5 bedrooms, each 12-15 square meters, partly with sunny balcony and sea view. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds, two have queen beds, the fifth bedroom has a queen-size bed where 2 children can sleep comfortably.

TV room of about 15 square meters with a German satellite (Astra).

Living and dining rooms have a fireplace. From the dining table you can enjoy through a large terrace door the view of the green garden and into the beautiful surroundings.

The kitchen is very modern and equipped with high quality appliances (fridge, freezer, Miele dishwasher, gas chimney), complete crockery and kitchen utensils. The house has a night storage heating in all rooms.

The two bathrooms, one with a large shower room and one with bath and hand shower, have been completely renovated, as well as the guest toilet.

The villa has several terraces with comfortable garden furniture, a rate of 800 - 900 sqm garden and a patio.

Lisbon Airport can be reached in 40-50 minutes.. The nearby, picturesque village Almoçageme is within walking distance in 10 minutes and all the shops, cafes, restaurants, health care and ATMs. Many attractions 40km radius, of course Lisbon, but also contemplative places like the romantic Mafra with the gigantic Royal Palace, the pretty seaside resort of Ericeira, culture, nightlife, shopping in the fashionable suburbs of Lisbon - Cascais and Estoril.

Premiere semaine d'aout magnifique à Almoçageme

Le propriétaire est sympathique. Il se souciait de nous fournir un bon séjour. Il nous a envoyé une liste de restaurants, d’activités, de marchés, de magasins aux alentours afin que le séjour se déroule de la meilleure façon.

La maison est très grande, belle et possède une vue panoramique splendide sur les montagnes environnante et l’on peut même apercevoir la mer. La terrace et le jardin sont aussi très appréciables et fournissent de l’ombre pour se protéger du soleil. La vue, le jardin et la terrace sont vraiment les points forts de la maison. En effet l’intérieur est une peu plus classique bien que la salle de bain avec douche est vraiment plaisante. La literie était en bon état, sauf le lit dans la chambre avec balcon dont le matelas était un peu usé.

Cependant nous n’avons pas trouvé de micro-onde dans la maison. Internet ne fonctionnait pas. Finalement la gaziniere était un peu capricieuse. Le reste de l’électroménager fonctionnait bien et le lave vaisselle était de très bonne qualité. La vaisselle est bien fournie en ustensile. Quand nous sommes arrivés le jardin et la maison était très propre.

Le vrai point fort de la maison est sa situation géographique, nous sommes restés une semaine et nous avons l’impression d’avoir encore une multitude de choses à visiter.

Les environs proches sont d’abords très sympathique. En effet il suffit de marcher 5 minutes pour arriver au village Almoçageme. Ce village est vraiment pittoresque et bien fourni en divers commerces. On peut aussi se rendre en 10 minutes en descente par la route à la plage Adraga (la montée est un peu plus longue et assez raide par endroit). Nous avons pu faire de longues et magnifiques balades sur les falaises (nous ne pouvons que vous conseiller de vous rendre en balade à la plage d’Ursa, toutefois prévoyez de bonnes chaussures car la descente est compliqué). Pour les balades il y a aussi une parc national à proximité mais nous n’avons pas eu le temps de le visiter.

Les derniers points forts sont Sintra et Lisbonne. Sintra est vraiment très proche et promet de magnifique visites de chateaux et de parcs.

Je recommande absolument la maison, les quelques petits points négatifs font que je peux pas lui mettre la note de 5/5 mais nous ne regrettons en aucun cas d’avoir choisi cet endroit pour nos vacances. Nous étions 10 et chacun d’entre nous était satisfait de son séjour.
