As a base for a memorable recreation and activity holidays to you is the spacious and modern 3.5 room apartment (approx 100sqm) in the EC. The 10 m long balcony you can fully enjoy the views of the Eiger, Mönch, Jungfrau and Lake Thun. Depending on the season you can see below the house wild animals, such as deer, roe deer, chamois, Füche and recently even a lynx. The apartment is on the basis of size and equipment, as holiday destination all year round. All rooms are heated with underfloor heating. The soapstone stove provides additional warmth. The second bedroom can be used as a nursery, a work room or quiet room.

The living area offers the cozy atmosphere of a Swiss chalet.

8 large windows (4 of which floor level to the balcony) light up the room and make it possible to enjoy the wonderful views from inside.

The handmade old wood equipment provides an unforgettable ambiance. A comfortable sofa, a coffee table, invite you to sit in front of the soapstone stove and watch the fire or to look into the wide world via TV. The dining table offers plenty of space for family time, a good breakfast or an enjoyable meal. On request, we will provide two extension leaves. With this additional table magnification then could sit comfortably 10 people.

Stereo and satellite TV provide information and entertainment.

For your personal property can be found in the living area 2 empty cupboards and a large open shelf.

Before, open to living area, waste wood kitchen with natural stone cover, you can sit at the bar, enjoy a drink, watch cooking or interact with. The kitchen is fully equipped. Refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher 60 cm, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, fondue cheese and meat separately, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, baking pans, blender, etc. leave nothing to be desired.

Can be found in all areas of the apartment tiles and natural stone floors with underfloor heating,

There are 2 bedrooms with wardrobes for your Urlaubsgadarobe and storage facilities. The two bathrooms are equipped with natural stone and tiles. One bathroom has a shower, the other with a bathtub. Pure relaxation.

Location: below the village street at a Stockenstrasse. No through traffic. Very quiet.

The free parking is located next to the house.

Barrier and ground-level entrance to the house. No stairs!

Shops and a pharmacy with doctor are present in Beatenberg.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful apartment with us. The view was incredible and the apartment was beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice!! We had everything we needed and were a short drive from everything we wanted to see. Our stay at your place made our trip to Switzerland picture perfect!

Beautiful base to use for the Jungfrau region

We spent a week in Beatenberg with our two kids and were lucky to choose Rustico to use as our base. It's about 20 minutes outside Interlaken and is well worth the drive into the hills because Beatenberg offers a charming quiet retreat and spectacular views to the mountains and lakes.

Ulrike and Rolf have added a number of personal touches to the chalet so that it feels like home rather than just another holiday rental. The kitchen extremely well provisioned with more than just the essentials - we attempted a raclette grill and would have made fondue if we hadn't already overdosed on cheese. The bedrooms were comfortable and the chalet is a perfect size for a family of four.

We loved our week here as a mix of home comforts, exciting day trips and scenery of unparalleled beauty (and we're from New Zealand!). Thanks to Ulrike and Rolf for being so welcoming and sharing their wonderful little spot.

Perfect getaway for exploring the Jungfrau area.

What a wonderful place to spend 5 days in the Swiss Alps. We were looking for a comfortable, home-away-from-home place for a family getaway, and we found it here. Your house is beautifully appointed, very comfortable, with stunning views of the high peaks across the lake. And we especially appreciated your help and advice as we planned out each day’s adventures. Photos cannot capture the beauty and serenity here, nor do they capture the soothing sound of the cowbells we woke up to each morning. We had a hard time leaving here every morning.

Thanks for making this a great vacation.

Unbeatable view

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful appartment. It is even better than the pictures, very clean and comfortable, the kitchen has every thing one may need.

Ulrike and Rolf are great hosts and were helpful during the reservation process and also during our stay. We were lucky to have a perfect day to go to the Jungfrau. We hope to be able to visit again in a few years.

Excelente ubicación, departamento impecable, muy completo

Pasamos una semana muy linda en un lugar de ensueño en un departamento con todas las comodidades, perfectamente ordenado, todo parecía nuevo. Los dueños viven en la casa vecina y nos ayudaron con explicaciones para excursiones y lugares para comer. Rolf y Ulrike son personas muy agradables. Precio muy acomodado al lugar. Recomendado para personas que le encanta la tranquilidad, pues está en la ladera de un cerro con un silencio que calma cualquier stress.

Rustic charm with magnificent views

We spent just over a week at the above apartment. It is spacious, very comfortable, amazingly equipped with everything you would ever need, and with the most magnificent views from the balcony over the lake and mountains. Breakfast on the balcony was a must every morning. Ulrika and Rolf live next door and are there for any problems. Parking was easy, and we found very good eating places within a couple of kilometers away. I am elderly with some mobility issues, and here there are no steps to negotiate. Altogether it was a most enjoyable break for us all. I would highly recommend this apartment
