About Tracy Hagman

We grew up in the Los Angeles area and have always enjoyed Big Bear. My husband's family has owned property in Big Bear Lake since the early 70's. Our family enjoys all the amenities Big Bear has to offer. Snowboarding, skiing, dual sporting, hiking, jeeping, biking & boating. We also enjoy the many great restaurants & shops. We also love to just hang out, relax watching movies while enjoying the view.

Tracy Hagman purchased this house in 1993

Why Tracy Hagman chose Big Bear Lake

We love the many benefits that Big Bear has to offer. Great people, food, activites & weather. This house has been in the family for generations. Although it did not always look like this.

What makes this house unique

We love that you can ski, board, golf, hike, bike, sled, dual sport & 4 wheel right outside the front door of our home. No need to drive & find parking when all activites are right here. We park our boat at the Pine Knot Marina in the summer & enjoy sunset boat rides.

Wonderful spacious cabin

  • 5 of 5

We spent the weekend here, total of 8 people incl young children. It was a perfect cabin for us. The kids loved the lower level room. Great location next to Bear Mountain and amazing areas surrounding house for snow play (even though there wasn't snow during our stay) but lots of great nature walks! The house felt very clean which was of utmost importance to us. We would no doubt stay here again. The only negative to consider is that we had issues with the hot water both days with everyone taking showers and kids taking baths so we learned to space out the showers and then it was fine.

Big Bear Family Trip

  • 4 of 5

The house was very nice, a few things that we did not like , NO access to the garage so even though it says parking for 5 cars only 3 can park there. The keys for the house did not work, which leaves you a little uneasy when you have to go out. The rooms were great and the living room and kitchen amazing. They had everything you could possibly need to cook. I would stay here again, very nice house!

Our family was up there over the Thanksgiving Holiday. This cabin was big and beautiful and fit all our needs. There is plently of dishes and cooking gear (we prepared Thanksgiving dinner) that all needs were meet. Our adult kids with our grandchildren enjoyed the cabin with us. We had a great time

Excellent, Great for multiple families,

  • 5 of 5

This home was great. The pictures dont do it justice. Each bedroom is a good size and have there own bathrooms. Plenty of space for a large group. Best of all you have the forest as your backdoor. Endless snow play and hills for sledding. Our kids from age 2 to 17 loved it.

Perfect house for large groups

  • 5 of 5

Stayed here with three other families. Perfect home for large parties. We never felt crowded or cramped. There's plenty of seating in the huge family room.

I've been coming up to Big Bear for several years now. By far this is the best cabin I've stayed in. It's literally 200 yards from Bear Mountain! I will definitely be back next year.

Great House! Great Location! Great Vacation!

  • 5 of 5

I have rented many times on VBRO/HomeAway but this is my first review.

We had such a wonderful 4th of July in Big Bear and this house was amazing. We were two families sharing this house. Each of the bedrooms has a bathroom attached, which is wonderful. Downstairs there is a BIG room that the kids all decided to share. Parents had some downtime on the main floor and kids had some away time in downstairs room. The deck was a perfect place to have lunch or a cocktail.

As for Big Bear, we haven't been there in years and were surprised with all the summer activities. We went mountain biking, hiking, paddle boarding, swam, rented a boat...and saw an awesome firework display from a park on the lake. Big Bear is GREAT in the summer!

Thanks Tracy for sharing your awesome home and for being so accommodating. We look forward to renting from you again.
