Great Vancouver Location

We stayed in this lovely condo for a week in mid-April 2012 with four adults. The entire stay experience was great starting with the great communication from the owner and ending with a convenient check-out process.

The condos is conveniently located and easily within walking distance of any and all downtown sights. We had intended to rent a car during our stay but found it was unnecessary. One of our group was attending a conference at the convention center and found the location to be an easy walk.

The condo itself was well appointed and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well equipped and markets nearby meant that we did not have to eat out for every meal. The wireless internet service worked well and allowed us to stay in touch with the folks back home via email.

The staff was outstanding and even provided transportation from the train station to the condo for check-in.

I recommend this condo rental to anyone that is looking to have a great experience in Vancouver

Beautiful Condo in Beautiful Downtown Vancouver

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks during April 2010. We are family – 2 adults and 3 young children (6, 3 and 1 years old). Everything, starting from the email correspondence with the owner to get details on the property and to the check out was wonderful. We asked for a playpen and a high chair for our infant and we got them exactly as we expected. We even got diapers for our infant without asking them. Thanks a lot!

The condo is very comfortable, convenient, clean, cozy and well maintained. All equipment worked fine. The pictures on the web exactly describe the apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped and had free tea and coffee which helped us the first moments after we arrived. We found in suite laundry extremely useful because we had to wash our clothes every day (small kids, you know). TV set with a plenty of channels helped us to entertain our children when my wife cooked. The TV remote control had some non-working buttons, so we called the owner and got the replacement immediately. Great service. Hi-speed wireless internet worked well. During April the weather was a bit cold outdoor, but inside the condo the temperature was very balanced. I thought it will be cold at night and switched on the heating. But in a few minutes I understood it was absolutely unnecessary, as the condo was keeping the good climate all the night.

The building is of typical downtown Vancouver style, which we greatly liked. The location in Coal Harbor was highly convenient – in walking distance to every essential point and attractions. The grocery store (Urban Fare) was in a few minutes by walk. As we cooked in the condo, this location was great. In addition, I’m a fun of sushi, so it was surprisingly nice for me to find a sushi bar next door to our building. I went down there every day to take California roll up to the condo. There is a swimming pool, gym and sauna in the building, but we didn’t use them as we just didn’t have enough time and preferred to see outside attractions.

All attractions are close to the condo: Canada Place, Stanley Park, Gastown, the waterfront etc – all are in the walking distance (even with 3 small kids while 2 of them was travelling in their strollers). Surely no need for a car. Bus stops are also close.

Bottom line – the condo was our home away from home. And speaking frankly, it was even better than our own small apartment :)

I will recommend this property to everyone who want to have a great time during vacation in Vancouver.

Great Owners! Great Location! Great city!

We stayed in this property over the Olympics, February, 2010. The BEST thing about this property is the property owner and the manager. They both are WONDERFUL people who make sure that your stay is exactly like you want it. They provide location information, restaurants close by, things to do/see, etc. Several weeks before our stay, I contacted the owner with a special request, and she was eager to please.

The property is in the West End of downtown. There is a bus stop right across from the property, making transportation very easy without renting a car. You could also walk to downtown, about a 15 minute walk. It is a short distance or bus ride to Stanley park, a beautiful park with a WONDERFUL aquarium. I highly reccomend you going there, especially if you have children.

The condo is well maintained with two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, which were comfortable. The kitchen is small, but adequate for a rental property. (I am used to a large kitchen, so I am a little spoiled here!) The condo was clean and everything was in good working order. There is a small washer/dryer in the hall bath, which was really nice to come home with clean clothes!

The security in this building is SUPER. You never felt unsafe.

The UrbanFare grocery store right around the corner is a nice upscale grocery store where you can take back to the condo food that is prepared. It is very good, albeit a little on the pricey side.

I could not recommend this place highly enough! When others were not being honest with people about their reservations during the Olympics, these people were the exact opposite. Super condo and super owners!

Great location

We had a great time at the Coal Harbour Downtown Vancouver. The condo was very nice, well maintained and the pictures on the internet are very representative of the place. It was a wonderful space for 2 adults and 2 little kids. The owner was very hospitable and welcoming. The condo is very conveniently located--about 2.5 blocks away from a very upscale grocery store, 2 blocks away from the marina, 3 uphill blocks from Robson Street and about a 10 minute walk to the beginning of Stanley Park. The walk to Stanley park from the condo is wonderful--right along the waterfront, with small restaurants, coffee shops along the way. We loved our time in vancouver and loved staying at the condo--we will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic apartment! Highly recommended!

I stayed here in August with family members,and the apartment was fantastic. It was tastefully decorated, well maintained and very clean. The laundry facilities were excellent (no washing to do when we arrived home!), as were the huge american fridge freezer and oven.

The apartment building housed a gym, spa and swimming pool which was available to us. It was within walking distance of everywhere and you certainly dont need a car.

The owner was very nice and the booking transaction was easily done.She was very accommodating and the apartment was available to us even before the arranged check in time.

It was a home from home and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. There are some lovely restaurants nearby especially along the waterfront but we also liked to buy food from the supermarkets, cook it in the apartment and have relaxing evenings in , watching the lights of vancouver.

I would recommend this apartment to everyone. If we were to travel to Vancouver again we would definitely stay here

in this condo.
