About this property

This lovely home has 2 separate MASTERs, Each with a full bathroom! It has lots of interior space, large bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining, they are all spacious, for a large group! The home comes completely equipped with all the amenities you could ever ask for! Nice custom eating bar will seat 8 folks, and an additional dining table will seat 6 more! Appliances are all new, full size by side frig with an ice maker, dishwasher, oven , microwave, and a pizza oven! Lots of dishes, cookware, silverware, and pots and pans! I provide lots of extras, such as laundry detergent, cleaners, shampoos, soaps, lotions, conditioners, and the list goes on! One of the Masters is designed for handicap, with all the needed space, handrails in the bathroom, and a pop up seat in the walk in shower. I also provide extra condiments for all your cooking needs! You will also love the backyard with a picnic table, and another tables with additional chairs. It is fully fenced in with beautiful shade trees and a fire pit! Dogs, are welcome apon approval, must inquire prior to stay, and fees are 40.00 per dog,per night 🌙. Just for your information, if you plan on having a celebration of any kind, birthdays, anniversary, weddings, graduation, etc. or extra guest coming over, you must ask for permission and there are fees for entertaining group of folks, and should any extra guests stay overnight, that needs to mentioned during or after the stay.

Decent place but owner was unwilling to reverse an over charge

There is a major water pressure issue in the master bath and it is barely decent in the other baths. There were dead roaches and droppings in the kitchen cabinets. The kitchen is not very user friendly making it difficult to find things. There is not enough comfortable seating (one couch, one arm chair and 3 dining chairs) in the main living area for the number of guests that can stay in the house. In addition to those, there was an over charge that the owner could not be bothered to look into.

Comfortable house felt like home for our extended family.

This home was a perfect fit for our family graduation weekend needs. The rooms are larger than they appear in the photos, and we found the home had everything we needed, including ample parking. We were able to comfortably house 8 adults and 1 teen overnight and hosted a family dinner gathering of 18 people, with enough seating and even room enough in the kitchen to set up a buffet using a couple of long tables we brought from home. There is also a large backyard area with additional seating we couldn’t use due to bad weather, but we had plenty of room inside. The owner was very responsive to questions and concerns. Without having to worry about the house, we could focus on enjoying family time together. Just be sure to let the owner know in advance about any large gathering and there is a pretty hefty fee.

Pet friendly rental in quiet neighborhood

This property was as listed. It is a little aged, but we expected that by looking at the listing before booking. It is located in a part of Waco that is just a 15 minute (or less) drive from lots of restaurants, breweries, downtown and such. Good place to stay with your furry friend.

I have been changing my direction with rental property, from having long term properties to shorter term Vacation homes and temporary living homes. I have really fallen in love with the Waco area, and the neighbors, and clerks in the stores and eateries are so nice ! I enjoy, redoing furniture, crafting, and decorating as well! I have four doxies that I consider family, and we all go to Waco together!

Why they chose this property

This home needed my love, and probably could still use a little more, although it's come a long way! I love the area, the parks, trees, all the lovely homes in this area! I also loved the fact this home was so spacious! Wow, then 3 full baths! That's hard to find!

What makes this property unique

Did I say 2 MASTERS? Lot's of privacy there! Lot's of space! I added a open wood eating bar to open the Livingroom and kitchen, and create a gathering for people! The beautiful hardwood floors is an extra plus! The Chinese Tallow out back is a beautiful tree, where I plan to hang a big lantern and add a wood deck in the summer!
