This unit has been specially designed and furnished to stand out from the rest. Room Details:

Master Bedroom - Custom Log Frame King with custom "tree trunk" end tables, matching dresser, 32' HDTV, comfy reading chair & ottoman, and a nice pool/slope view. The private bathroom in this bedroom has a large marble slab counter with dual under-mounted sinks, large whirlpool bathtub and separate shower.

Master Bedroom # 2 - New King Bed with pine frame (2015) beetle kill pine furniture set, 35' TV, & DVD. It's a true master bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom featuring marble counters & slate tiled shower with bathtub. Lets not forget - there is also a Walk In Closet.

Bedroom # 3 - Pine Log Frame Bunk Bed with Full (Double) on the bottom and Twin on top. This bedroom also has a Twin Futon, 32' HDTV, DVD player, and attached full bathroom featuring marble counters &slate tile shower with bathtub.

The Kitchen, Living Room, & Dining Room are a large combined space that have plenty of room for a large group to gather together:

The Kitchen features slate tile floors, stainless steel appliances, granite slab counters, and brushed bronze fixtures. We have put more stuff in that kitchen than we have in our own. All standard appliances, coffee maker, blender, crock-pot/slow cooker, mixer, pizza pan, knife set, even a salad spinner! Enough plates, bowls, etc for 20+ settings without having to run the dishwasher.

The dining table seats 6 to 8 and there are 4 leather bar seats at the kitchen bar.

The living room has 2 couches and 2 armchairs surrounding the fireplace, a large HDTV, DVD player, & stereo. 1 couch is leather, the other is a comfy Queen pull out. The coffee and end-tables are made from beetle-killed Lodgepole pine producing a blueish hue on the edges closest to the bark. Beatiful original artwork and lots of tasteful western touches is found throughout the home.

Us owners are "locals" going on 15 years here and are happy to give you the low down on the best restaurants, activities, powder stashes, etc. We live within 400 yards of the Bear Lodge, will meet you there to show you around, and would like to know what kind of wine or Champagne you like for your welcome basket. After a long day of travel, we should all be able to kick back & relax! Chocolates can be substituted or added for those with a sweet tooth!

About Grey - 3208

This is a father & son owned unit. We bought pre-construction & have enjoyed sharing it with others ever since it was completed. The photo here is the 3 of us next to a Glacier on a family trip to Alaska. We love skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling in winter & hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and kayaking in summer. We're all dog owners but unfortunately HOA rules prevent allowing guests to bring them into out Bear Lodge unit. We all live here in Steamboat Springs & have lots of information about activities, restaurants, and will help you plan your days off the mountain or nights out on the town. We take care of the property ourselves, and will do everything we can to ensure your vacation smooth & full of happy memories.

Summer Paradise

My wife and I have rented this unit every July and August for the last four years. It is in a wonderful location: close to the Haymaker Golf course, the SS free bus, the Yampa and City Market. The owner keeps the unit in top notch condition. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of towels, storage space, hot tub in the master bed room and a grille on the back porch along along with new chairs and a table. The Trappeurs Crossing Amenities Center is across the street with all the concierge services you could ask for. There are two hot tubs and a large pool on the premises of Bear Lodge, just in back of the building. All in all we have been extremely please with the owner, VRBO and the unit. We can recommend this property and have done so.

During that time we have rented quite a few condos but we have never enjoyed any location more than this property. The condo is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It is so close to the slopes and with the in-house shuttle makes getting around town a breeze. This has been our second stay in this unit, and when it was time to make our arrangements we called them first. The owner makes everything so easy and makes you feel so welcomed from the moment he meets you. I can't say enough good things about these owners. They even sent me a link to a money saving coupon, how's that for kindness. They go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience.

During that time we have rented quite a few condos but have never enjoyed any location more than this property. The condo is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It is very close to the slopes and with the in-house shuttle getting around town is a fast and easy. They go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, I can't say enough good things about them.
