About this property

Our 4 bedroom 2 bath beach cottage is centrally located only two blocks from all the restaurants, activities and beach. Comfortable back porch, or try the cozy enclosed porch to enjoy a good book or some people watching. This home has been in our family for 3 generations (over 60 years). My mother grew up in the house and we hold it close to our hearts. The home is located on the Corner of Bayard Ave and Munson. 7-10 min walk to the beach, Funland and 5 minute walk to Rehoboth Ave. The home features 4 bedrooms: 2 kings, 1 queen, and 2 twins. All beds have protectors, mattress pads, quilts and pillows.

5 new TVs with Premium Cable and High Speed Wireless Internet. It has two newly renovated bathrooms. The house has a great private deck on the back with a grill and outdoor shower. We have one off street parking space and an additional parking passes for the street. ability to fit four cars.

Bed Linens and bath towels are included all year

We are now welcoming responsible pet owners to bring their well behaved dog with them to stay. There is a $150 pet fee and additional $50 for second dog.

Great experience in all ways...

This listing is accurate. Charming home in a great location. Better in reality than in the pictures. Hospitality toward family and pet was special and added to the stay (lights on at arrival, treats, clean, clear directions, quick responses to questions, everything... We would certainly stay there again and highly recommend. Thank you, Christy!

Girls annual getaway

We absolutely enjoyed this property at 301 Bayard in Rehobeth beach. The decor was right up our alley, we are four older ladies, and everything was so comfortable.

Mini-vacation

Pretty much everything we needed for a nice (partial) week at Rehoboth with our son, daughter-in-law and sixteen month old grandson. Property owner provided child items. Home was plenty roomy and well-supplied.
