THE BEST LOCATION ON MAUI, ALSO, THE BEST LOCATION IN THE COMPLEX!!! THIS IS PARADISE!!! We completely renovated our villa in May of 2010 and outside renovations to the building were completed in May of 2012.
Enjoy beautiful ocean and sunset views. I was just there and from my lanai, we watched whales breaching. You will love our great views of the ocean, golf course and the island of Lanai. This ground floor condo is on the 10th fairway and within easy walking distance to 5 beaches where you may snorkel with giant sea turtles, swim, paddle board or sun bathe. You may also enjoy great surfing nearby. The beaches are awesome! Swim in any of the 4 swimming pools in the resort.
Guests also enjoy golf and tennis discounts with no resort fee.
The resort offers complimentary air-conditioned Kapalua Resort door to door Shuttle to any of the local beaches, restaurants, the Ritz Hotel, golf courses, tennis courts, Kapalua Shops and the General Store.
You will love our Koa wood custom cabinets and granite counter tops throughout as well as porcelain floors in the living area, kitchen and bathrooms, as well as carpet in the bedrooms. Our bathrooms have beautiful porcelain showers. We furnished the villa with plantation style furniture throughout. New top of the line Simmons Beautyrest beds. There are three flat screen TV's, a DVD player and highspeed wireless internet, new appliances, including a washer and dryer.
There is a King bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom that may be made into a King. We also have a third twin bed in the second bedroom and a Queen inflatable bed as well.

I have been to most of the islands in the world and I truly believe the Kapalua area of Maui is the most beautiful of them all. It is PARADISE!! Great villa for vacation
My family visited Kapalua earlier this month, and stayed in this terrific rental property. It's a beautiful 10 minute walk down hill to the loveliest beach in Kapalua. [While staying in Kapalua we visited all of the beaches within walking distance - from Napili (to the south) to Fleming Beach (to the North), and the two in between: Kapalua Bay and Ironwood. The beach/bay closest to this villa - Kapalua Bay - is by far the best for swimming and snorkeling. The others had bigger waves and were not as suitable for family friendly activities.]
The villa is also conveniently located to the Pineapple Grill, Kapalua Village (small grocery and other shops), the village walking trails, and the coastal walking trail. The Montage is a gorgeous hotel that is only 5 minutes away. The Montage has a stunning spa/fitness center (though very expensive) We also visited two pools that are part of our villa's complex. Both very beautiful and well-maintained.
Basically, it's really hard to beat the location of this villa in Kapalua. In the complex, there are only two units closer to the water, and this one has a very pretty view of the golf course and the ocean in the distance. Additionally, it's been recently renovated. The bathrooms and kitchen have been very tastefully updated, and the Hawaii-themed artwork in the villa is far beyond what you'd expect from a rental property. We cooked in almost every night and were impressed with all of the equipment/supplies on hand. The lanai is comfortable and spacious.
We can't wait to come back!
Kapalua Golf Villa 2 week stay
First, I believe it is important to give honest reviews as the reviews are for the follow traveler to read the good and bad about the condo Second, I think it important to know who is reviewing...I am a 59 female and my husband is 71. Both retired. On to the review...The condo itself is lovely. It was very clean and has good quality cookware. The furniture is nice and appears clean. The washer and dryer are nice. The owner was easy to deal with. The location is not the best in our opinion. This condo is on the bottom of a three story building. There are many steps down leading to two separate condos. One of our bedrooms looks out onto the stairs and into the bedroom of the other condo which made it hard to feel comfortable having the blinds and window open in this room. There was no real way to get a good air flow through the condo so we had to use the AC much more than we ever had to on our many trips to Maui. Locking screen doors on the two entry doors would be a great improvement. When there were people staying in the unit above ours, it was quite noisy. We could hear every footfall and chairs being dragged across the floor. Luckily, they were only there for one week. The most annoying thing about these condos is the air conditioning units located directly off of the lanai. No real way to cut that noise out unless wearing headphones and having music at a loud level. I had asked a different vacation rental company what was located in those structures located by the lanai "Is it a noise source? I was told that they were used for storage. TO BE CLEAR, IT WAS NOT THIS OWNER THAT MADE THE FALSE STATEMENT. Had I known that it was a noise source, I would have crossed the golf villas off of my search. The noise from the golf course maintenance was much more than anticipated. We have lived on a golf course and knew that there would be some noise but not nearly as much as we experienced here. The sand traps need extra special care apparently and there are many around this condo. Someone parked in our parking spot one day. We couldn't figure out what to do so I called the on call manager Leann. She was very nice and helpful. She even drove up to make sure that all was OK. My husband waited by the car and it turns out it was a massage therapist that was" only going to be there for an hour". Silly excuse. I am sorry to say that I would not stay in the Kapalua Golf Villas again. We will be going back to ocean front condos.
Thank you for your feedback about my villa. I appreciate your positive comments about my villa. However, I'm sorry your actual stay did not live up to your expectations. As my other reviews indicate, my guests overwhelmingly enjoy their stays.
While my prior guests have never provided negative feedback regarding the lack of airflow in the villa, I'm glad I am able to provide air conditioning as a feature for guests to utilize when the temperature gets too warm, so they can relax during the day and sleep in comfort at night. As my listing states, my villa overlooks the 10th fairway of the beautiful Bay Golf Course. I'm sorry you felt the maintenance noise was more than you anticipated. I have owned the villa for ten years and rented to hundreds of guests and have only had one other complaint regarding golf course noise.
As for someone parking in the assigned spot for the villa, I'm glad our on-site property manager was able to assist in promptly resolving the matter. There are several "visitor" spots that should have been used by the other car.
Finally, it's unfortunate when guests in other units make a negative impact on the stay of guests in my villa. My on-site property manager and myself are always available to assist if guests feel the noise level is unacceptable.

A wonderful getaway!
We enjoyed the location near the Bay Course clubhouse and Pineapple Grill - very convenient to walk there for golf, lunch, happy hour or dinner whenever we wanted. Also, the Honolulu Store is a short 5-10 minute walk or 3-5 minute drive away and has everything you might need during a trip - with a nice coffee shop, deli, groceries, etc. and open at 6am each day. The view from the property appeared to be one of the best for the golf villas. The unit was very nice - with a great 2-sink bathroom attached to an interior-like bedroom (but 1 window into a stairwell area) and a 1-sink bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom (with patio doors and view). As a couple, we found the unit perfect for us - to be able to shower at the same time when in a hurry. We used the interior bedroom primarily for storage - but it would be a great option for a family to be able to use (with a queen and twin bed). Also, if two couples are traveling together, the people with the interior bedroom (less nice for view and air flow) would at least get the premier bathroom (including washer and dryer). Also, both bedrooms are quite separated for privacy. The condo was well furnished with ample kitchen utensils and beach toys. The free transportation around the Kapalua resort was very convenient. We were always picked up within 10-15 minutes at most (to go to the Ritz, Montage, etc. for spa time, dinner, play time, etc.). We loved it!
A lovely home with a view of paradise
We loved staying at this wonderful condo. It sits on the 10th fairway of the Kapalua Bay Golf Course. It is peaceful, and quiet with a view of the ocean and the island of Lanai in the distance. It is a short walk to Kapalua Bay Beach, or one may take the free shuttle which is very convenient.
It is also a short walk, maybe one to two city blocks, down to the Pineapple Grill restaurant, that you can see from your lanai. All the area restaurants, stores, and the Kapalua Bay Beach can be reached by the free shuttle if you don't want to drive your car. We found ample parking everywhere except the beach.
The condo is nicely furnished with comfortable beds and fabulous bathrooms. The kitchen is also well equipped and has everything you'd need to prepare meals if you so desire. We only had breakfast in the condo, but it was so nice to brew and have our coffee out on the lanai every morning, and have a nightcap and snack under the stars as well.
It was fine for my family, but I wanted to caution people who have problems with stairs that there are 20 stairs to go down into the condo, and 20 back up to the parking area. From the top of the stairs to the covered parking spot is 100 steps.
We only used it once, but there is a clean, lovely pool that is about half a block away. It is a nice option to do a little swimming without going down to the beach and dealing with the sand.
I always say, the true test to doing a "business" review is to ask, "Knowing what you know now, would you return to this business again?" In the case of this Kapalua condo, the resounding answer is YES!
Great stay
Enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, well appointed, and very quiet. There was ample room for 3 of us. The walk to the beach was manageable and was the shortest of the golf villas. If you want to be really close to the beach, this would not be a good choice. Family room was vey comfortable. One negative which didn't affect us is that there was no guest parking available during our stay. The spots that were relatively close were taken by cars that were permanently parked in them.
Pleasant view, beautifully furnished and equipped to the nines!
This condo is surprisingly private even though it opens out directly onto the 18th fairway of the golf course. By far the best equipped we've ever stayed in. From the lanai we had beautiful sunset views of the fairway and the ocean beyond. We would definitely stay here again.
