Marvelous Mistletoe

The home was just lovely. Had all the amenities we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Loved reading about the history of the home. If we return to Fredericksburg, we would definitely look into staying there again.

Great Property Within Easy Walking Distance of Main St.

The property was very clean and charming. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable. It is in a very nice neighborhood and it is an easy 5-minute walk to Main St. We don't like to cook when we're on vacation, but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked for those who like to cook and eat in. It had a Keurig stocked with k-cups and plenty of cups for our morning coffee. It has a nice front porch and a screened-in back porch. Additionally, there is a nice sitting area with patio furniture in the backyard. The upstairs bedroom had multiple drawers built into the walls for storage. The ceilings upstairs are sloped. I am 5' 8" and my wife is shorter. I did bump my head a couple of times on the ceiling, but it wasn't an issue for us. Additionally, the shower ceiling is sloped. For me and my wife, it was not an issue. For someone taller than 6' 2", it might be an issue. However, the downstairs bathroom has no height limitations. Overall, a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay.

Adorable cottage

The cottage is well laid out for two couples with privacy and private baths. The neighborhood is quiet but close to Main St. We enjoyed our stay.

Mistletoe House is a hodden gem!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mistletoe House is excellent for a Fredericksburg get away for two couples. Easy walking distance to Fredericksburg's Main street shopping, museums, and excellent restaurants! We look forward to our retirn venture!
