"North Point South", a privately owned quaint 15th row home located on the East end of the Island. Beach access walkway is at 6th Street. A brisk walk will get you to the beautiful white sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean. This home is a Non Smoking & No Pets allowed. Nightly rentals are allowed upon availability and require a departure maid service. Home is not equipped for Electric Car Charging. Sunset Vacations is the property management company for this home. Please check the standard equipment list under the Standard Equipment amenities tab.

Great location! Nice place to stay!
This property is a nice location, within walking distance to Sunset beach that places you far enough from the crowded pier area, but close enough to use the restroom that are their. Sunset reality is your contact for this property, and they did a great job answering our questions prior to our stay. Easy to get in. The property was clean and was as advertised. Thanks for the hospitality!
