About the property

180 degree unspoilt sea view in a quiet location on a small hill directly above the marina Sitges-Aiguadolç and 200m from the beach. Lower terrace about 10m2; Upper terrace approx. 25m2, both terraces with direct dreamlike sea view 180 degrees, also over the Yachhafen. Private swimming pool (7x20m) next to apartment with large lawn. Well-kept garden in a very quiet area. 3 bedrooms and 1 living room, very well furnished. Separate large kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, freezer, own washing machine / tumbler. 2 full baths / closomat and shower. Air conditioning. 200m to the beach and to the numerous restaurants and bars in the port, 15-20 minutes walk along the coast to the center of Sitges. The apartment has an official tourism leasing license from the Spanish authorities, which also guarantees the tenants legal certainty. The apartment was newly renovated in October 2017: bathroom / shower / toilet on the ground floor totally redone, salon repainted, new fridge, studio renovated and repainted above, new air conditioning, new strong and fast WiFi from Movistar etc.

Excellent property in a great location

We had a wonderful holiday in this property. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with high quality furnishing and inventory. The view from the terraces over the port and the sea is superb. The complex is very well maintained with a lovely, large swimming pool that was never crowded during our stay. The nearest beach is just a few minutes walk away, and other beaches just a little further. There are a couple of small shops and a number of bars and restaurants in the port, very close by, but it is also an easy walk to the centre of Sitges. Communication with the proprietor was very clear and punctual and arrangements for arrival and departure very easy. Highly recommended all round.

Excellent, very well equipped and comfortable apartment. Exceeded expectations.

Lovely position above the boats, bars and restaurants of the marina which is easily accessed down steps opposite the apartment. A couple of minutes from a lovely sandy beach used mostly by couples and families, with a pleasant snack bar. 15 mins to walk to town (not much shade esp on coastal path, it's a hot walk during the day). The Apartment is better than the photos show. It was very well designed and equipped and had everything you could need with lots of useful touches such as a pull along shopping trolley for trips to supermarket! Comfortable bed, great kitchen and bathrooms, lovely terraces with wonderful views. The lovely big pool is a few steps from front door and was hardly used by other residents.

We had a terrific time- thank you Willi and family!

Great apartment with stunning sea views

Our week in the apartment and Sitges was excellent. The apartment is well furnished and has all the furniture, fittings and equipment to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. A real home from home. The views are fantastic and it was lovely to have your breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the marina and sea. Eating out was also very good with a wide range of nice restaurants within easy walking distance.The apartment complex is well maintained with nice gardens and a pool. It will appeal to couples and families. Hopefully we will return one day.

Ich habe mit 4 Freunden ein wunderbares verlängertes Wochende in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist optimal, der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und Sitges ist ein wunderschöner Ort. Nächstes Jahr sofort wieder.

Apartment is between Hotel Melia and harbor. Bus: From the Airport by bus channel 1 directly to Sitges. S-Bahn: From Airport Terminal 2 with S-Bahn one station to Prat de Llobregat, change direction Sitges (35 min.)

In the new marina directly below the apartment has about 10 restaurants and bars, a nightclub and a small grocery store. The new large Carrefour supermarket is situated only 10-15 min. Away, the Hotel Melia over railway bridge, turn left.
