Charming home in an residential neighborhood 3 miles from the beach, and close to shopping, restaurants, museums and attractions. All the amenities of home provided in a fully furnished house with full kitchen and appliances. Nice backyard with patio, private backyard, and palm trees to promote a relaxed atmosphere. Tropical ocean breezes are abundant on most days.
A large open concept living room and dining room includes a baby grand piano, couch and 2 chairs. The front bedroom provides 2 single beds and the back bedroom has a daybed with an additional pull out full size single trundle bed. There is a living room sofa and folding cot in the back bedroom for additional sleeping options. The bathroom has a combination shower and bathtub. The utility room has a stacked washer and dryer. It has a large size eat in kitchen stocked with all basic appliances and cookware. There is an additional dining room table. The carport in front provides covered parking for one car and additional parking for other vehicles. Many extra homelike amenities are offered like detergent, paper goods, and beach equipment.
The house is conveniently located near the beach, shopping areas, restaurants, and other recreational activities. The house is located in a family neighborhood east of Andrews Ave. and south of Commercial Blvd in North Andrews Gardens. Miami and Palm Beach are less than an hour away.

I love to open the windows and enjoy the natural sea breezes most days.
My wife and I just spent our anniversary in this home last week. We love the house, we love the location... and the homeowner is one of the coolest people I have ever rented from. We will be back every year!!!
Quiet, safe and close to the Beach.
Visited Florida with my parents. We felt comfortable and at ease. It is a Nice 2/1 house with a garage in a quiet neighborhood about 3 miles from the beach. It is convenient with many restaurants and places to shop. The house has all the normal amenities (central AC, wifi and a computer if you don't have your own, basic TV, and a kitchen w. all the elements.
I will chose this place in the future with no seconds thoughts.
I travel to Miami (Area) at lest once a year for leisure along with my wife and kids.
Usually, we stay at a Hotel... This time; we changed the game plan a little, and took our pets with us. We brought our 3 dogs and 3 tropical birds. We spent 5 nights at this location. It was a blast!
This house is conveniently located near lots of shops, stores and many local restaurants. The house has a 60's (70's) sort of look inside and out. At first, Or at first imprecision, when you arrive, you may think: "Oh-oh, what did I get myself into?" But. Soon enough after looking around, you soon realize, or discover that is a clean well maintained 60's 70's looking home. Very confortable! I definitely would stay at this home again! I really liked it!
Ohh! By the way... JUST A WORD OF ADVICE For travelers with pets. (((DO NOT LET your PETS))) run on the back yard at all!... ...I do not know what they are called? But there are some kind of GRASS THORNS, and will attach to your PETS FUR like crazy glue. They will make your pets crazy with pain! ((Thank god; there were a pair of scissors at the house, "because I had to remove LOTS of these awful things "one at the time" from the FUR and paws of my dogs.)) And just so you know: The front lawn is safe for your pets! It seems to be clear of these grass thorn things.
Overall; I really liked my experience at this home, very confortable, relaxing and conveniently located close to lots of places to eat.
What a great house ... It was very comfortable, spacious, clean and well stocked ... All the conveniences of home ... And even felt like home.
Very close to the beach, major highways, groceries, and several Catholic Churches in the area. Just an all around good location, nestled in a quiet neighborhood.
The owner was very welcoming. We would definitely return to this vacation house and recommend it as a vacation rental when you don't want to be squeezed in a two room condo.
Quiet neighborhood, charming old FL style home. Certainly not a high maintenance persons place (granite this, marble that, all stainless steel appliances, etc... not here)... but we had a great time and couldn't have asked for a better place. This house has everything you need, was cheaper than a hotel, not a bad drive to beaches, etc. I think the only thing I would suggest is trying to add a king bed in the master bedroom, but really, it was a perfect place to stay for us (me, wife, and 20 month old son).
