• Relax on the private lanai and watch the wave, the surfers, the dolphins, the sunsets …. and BREATHE in that fresh ocean air!
• You can relax by the pool, in shade or sun, or sit on the grass (or on the comfy chaise lounge chairs) at the edge of the ocean.
• Use the immaculately cleaned barbecues (4) to grill up fresh fish or steaks and watch the sunset - ahhhhhhh!
• There is a public sandy beach bordering the Kona Reef to the south. We enjoy going into the ocean from this beach -- easier access for snorkeling than directly out front of the condo.
• The relaxing stroll along the waterfront into the quaint town of Kailua is wonderful - from early morning (there are a couple of great coffee shops that open early, allowing you to sit outside and watch the waves splash on shore) until late at night. No need to hassle with driving - the shops and restaurants, spas and even a luau - are all within easy walking distance from our condominium.
• You can keep busy from morn 'til midnight, exploring the Kona Coast - hiking, biking, birding, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, exploring remote beaches, the volcano, green and black sand beaches – or just sit and enjoy RELAXING!
• Come! Stay awhile - Relax, renew your energy and soak up the beauty of creation all around!

The Kona Reef is located within walking distance of everything in Kona. The management of this complex is very attentive to detail, cleanliness and safety of all the guests
We thrive on the beauty of the water and waves. It is incredibly relaxing and refreshing. We thoroughly enjoy the proximity to Kailua --we can walk everywhere we need to get to ... and we love it!
Our visit to Kona included several days in this condo. It's location was perfect, so close to town while still considered quiet. The condo was very clean, very well supplied and the grounds were very well kept. My husband and I and our two middle school children had plenty of room. Debi was wonderful with her prompt, personal responses and was VERY flexible for our every changing dates!! Thank you. When we return to Kona, we hope to revisit this condo.
The condo was perfect for the 2 of us; the bed was comfortable, the kitchen efficient with necessary equipment, the lanai was ideal for watching the waves roll in and out. Being the end unit on the 3rd floor was nice for ventilation so we did not need air conditioning. The pool/barbecue area was very well maintained by 2 industrious ladies who arrived every morning at 7 to clean, scrub, and trim - the whole area was immaculate. The location was handy, close to restaurants and shops. The owner described the condo accurately and provided suggestions for dining, shopping and activities, all of which were helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.
A wonderful location. Close to shopping and places to eat but quiet and out of the way for the end of the day. Wee loved sitting in the lounge chairs at the end of the evening in front of the ocean enjoying our cocktails and the sunset. A good home base for all island excursions. It was clean and the owner was very accommodating.
The property was clean and ready for us. It had everything we needed for our stay including items for our daily excursions. It was perfect for just the two of us.
Our stay at Debi's condo in Kona was fantastic. From the lanai we had a magnificent Ocean view, we would sit there in the morning listening to the waves break on the shore. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped.... but the view was our favourite of the condo. Debi communicated very quickly, and even sent us a welcoming email the day we arrived, I thought that was a nice personal touch that you don't often get. She also provided us with lists of things to do in the area. The condo is an easy stroll in to town for happy hour and shopping.
I will definitely recommend this place to friends , and would stay here again in the future

This condo was nothing short of AMAZING! Good view of the pool and ocean, plus FULLY stocked.
1.) Full kitchen. Oven, burners, microwave, pantry, pans, dishes, knives, cooking utensils, rice cooker, toaster, etc.
2.) Washer and drier. This is VERY convenient if you stay a long time. (MAJOR POINTS)
3.) Accessories: boogie board, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels, iron, etc. (MAJOR POINTS)
4.) Nice bathroom.
5.) Good circulation, lots of windows with fans and ceiling fans.
6.) Comfortable living room with 25-27" flat screen tv with cable, wifi, lounge chair, sofa, and dining table.
7.) Cozy balcony, with a table and chairs to enjoy the amazing view.
8.) Close to the strip, only a 5-10 minute walk to a bunch of the restaurants.
9.) Best beach for snorkeling (Kahalu'u Beach Park) is only a 5 minute drive.
10.) Plenty of parking.
11.) Close to major grocery stores. Safeway, Walmart, Long Drugs, USPS are within 2 miles from the condo. Costco is 10 miles. Its better to hit Costco once you leave the airport on your way to the condo.
Overall, my girlfriend and I loved this condo! We'll definitely be coming back here next year!!!
