This beautiful unit is situated in a historic Victorian building in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, retail stores, coffee shops, movie theater, community center and robust public transportation.
The unit features stylish, modern furnishings, a large flat screen TV. with cable and other new amenities.
The bedroom has a bay window with leaded glass windows and a window seat as well as a large walk-in closet to store and access your clothes. An twin aerobed expands capability to 3 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave/convection oven, gas range, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser and ice maker, toaster, blender/food processor, coffee maker, teapot, dishes, pots & pans, utensils, flatware, dishes and glasses.
A washer and dryer in the basement is convenient, doesn't require that you save your quarters, and is shared by only one other unit. The English garden with a gazebo provides delightful access to the outside. It is undergoing an update, but is still useable.
My boyfriend andI stayed here for 4 nights, the place was great and the district was perfect! Action, but not too much, lots of stores close, but no noize at night! Only thing was that the appartment situated 1 floor over had children and it was a bit disturbing with the noise.

Had this place for 3 nights in August of 2016. Place is great. Close to transpo, Walgreens and Starbucks. Property manager is friendly and will take care of your needs like parking permits, etc. parking is easy and usually within the same block, you can find parking. Overall, it's been great. Thanks
We stayed for a week and really enjoyed this place. Very attentive and considerate owner and property manager. Very quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to public transportation Loved blending into the neighborhood and being away from the touristy areas. Really nice washer and dryer in the basement. Plenty of cookware if you like to dine in as we do. No outdoor grill. Good sized bathroom and shower. Spacious bedroom and closet. Would definitely return.
We loved our weekend in the City at this property! The location is perfect.... On a quiet neighborhood street just a block away from food and fun on Castro. Street parking was easy with the visitor permit. The apartment was cute, cozy and convenient. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. We hope to come back again next year! Loved it.
This is a beautiful 1 bedroom unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and serving ware. Shower only. Plenty of storage space.
The washer/dryer is in the lower level of the building with soap supplied. The housekeeper lives close should you ever need anything or have any questions or concerns. The only drawback is one that is common to most of San Francisco that being a substantial hill to climb. 5 stars from a returning customer.
