VILLA FRANCESCO MANERBA - Pieve Vecchia

The villa is completely quiet in a small side street in Manerba-Pieve Vecchia. The large garden with lawn is fully fenced and planted with hedges and bushes and fruit trees.

Generous terraces around the house offer the vacationer a wonderful opportunity for retreat and relaxation. The shore with numerous beaches, cafes and restaurants is about 3 to 5 minutes walk from the house.

Further, on foot attainable restaurants, bars and cafe's you will also in Pieve-Vecchia and the other districts of Manerba. During the summer months the town Manerba offers a rich program of entertainment for your guests. For recordable during the months of July and August, numerous free concerts. Every Tuesday evening there is a market in the center where you can take on your mood shopping or just enjoy the evening in one of the cafes or ice cream parlors.

The villa is stylishly furnished and fully equipped.

There is a large living room with fireplace, satellite TV, 2 double bed couches and a dining room each with exit to the terrace, a kitchen with dining table, 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed, 2 bathrooms - one with shower and toilet, the other with tub and toilet. The kitchen has - gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer - plenty of dishes for 6-10 people. There is air conditioning in the main floor which is used as a heating simultaneously. On the terrace there is a large open grill fireplace and table and chairs to eat outside. Sun loungers are available.

In the basement - daily exposed - with private access (Cantina) is another large room with fireplace, sitting area available - will also find 3 more emergency beds could be offered - this, however, only at his own request of the guest. 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and washing machine.

On the ground floor are 8 beds available.

There is a covered parking for 1-2 vehicles.

Leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen

Leider war das Haus bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Im Kühlschrank lag noch ein Stück Käse von dem Vormieter. In den Betten auf den Matratzen Kekskrümmel. Im Schrank ein benutztes Tempo und der Boden leider auch nicht sauber.

Im Untergeschoß feucht und Schimmelig.

Das Haus muss auf Vordermann gebracht werden.

Leider hatten wir das Gefühl, dass die Mitarbeiter etwas überfordert. Aber das Geld für die Endreinigung haben wir zurückerstattet bekommen.

Aussenanlage großzügig und OK aber nicht sehr gepflegt, wir mussten einige Glasscherben entfernen, da wir Hunde dabei hatten.

Positiv ist die unmitelbare Nähe zum Strand und zum Ort wo es mehrere leckere Pizzerias gibt.

Owner's Response: Sehr geehrter Feriengast - herzlichen Dank für Ihre Bewertung allerdings müssen wir hier glaube ich, etwas richtigstellen. Zutreffend ist, dass auf Grund eines Versehens bei der beauftragten Reinigungsfirma das Haus nicht geputzt war, dies wurde kurz vor der Ankunft des Gastes festgestellt. Dem Gast wurde bei seiner Ankunft sofort angeboten umgehend die Reinigungsfirma kommen zu lassen und nachzubessern - die Agentur hat sich bei Gast für das Versehen entschuldigt. Der Gast wollte aber selber reinigen und dafür lieber die Gebühr der Reinigung erlassen bekommen - dem wurde anstandslos sofort zugestimmt. Also verstehe ich nun die Kritik nicht ganz - hätte der Gast nicht gewünscht selber zu reinigen und dafür die Reinigungsgebühr einzusparen wäre doch sofort durch die Fachfirma gereinigt worden. Versehen dieser Art sollten zwar nicht passieren aber in der absoluten Hauptsaison kann soetwas eben passieren - auch die zuverlässigsten Reinigungsunternehmen können einmal einen Fehler machen. Das Untergeschoss wurde nicht als Wohnraum vermietet und war daher auch nicht im Nutzungsbereich des angemieteten Objektes - richtig ist, dass der Eigentümer des Hauses die Renovierung des Untergeschossbereiches erst diesen Winter vornehmen wird und erst dann wird dieser Bereich auch zur Vermietung angeboten werden - daher ist auch dieser Punkt nicht nachvollziehbar und hilft einem Leser eigentlich nicht informativ weiter.
