The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to Publix grocery store. There is plenty of space inside the home which is very clean and has everything you need. I enjoyed eating outside by the pool in the evenings. The space is so relaxing. I would definitely consider renting this home again.
We stayed in Villa Caloosa from 23 July to 20 August 2016, inclusive and had a great stay. The house was easy to find and easy to access (with the correct codes!). The air conditioning was on when we arrived which was very welcome. The house is lovely - very well cared for and furnished, plus it was exceptionally clean. We had one issue with the garage door motor but that was sorted out extremely quickly. The location is just perfect - close enough to the hustle and bustle of Del Prado and the various other shopping and recreation areas; so close to numerous supermarkets, ie Publix and Walmart, as well as a multitude of other stores. It was really close to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops too and about a 30 minute drive to Sanibel, and perhaps a 15 minute drive to Pine Island and Matlacha. The pool was amazing and was used very single day, usually several times a day. We will really miss our "home away from home" and hope to rent it again either next year or the year afterwards. We would heartily recommend this house - I don't think you'd be disappointed at all!

I appreciated the fully furnished & beautifully decorated home. In addition, the pet-friendly home allowed my dog to have a lot of freedom to play & meet neighborhood dogs. The home on a cul-de-sac, meant less traffic & a quiet night. The central location, although in a neighborhood setting, was only minutes away from everything one might need. A short drive to the beaches! I enjoyed my stay. Thank you, Maria!
