Ft. Myers (RSW) in 30 minutes.
Shopping possibilities in the immediate vicinity: Supermarket (Publix) for food
And if you do not want to cook for themselves invite a number
of different restaurants for an evening meal.
Large shopping centers for all needs can be reached in a few minutes.
Towels, bedding, hair dryer, reading material, plenty of dishes,
are naturally present.
I grew up in Bavaria/Germany and gratuated there from University. During my business life I was also in charge of our foreign subsidiaries and spent some time in USA and I fall in love with Florida, especially with Naples. Just before retirement I purchased my favorite home in my dream area and we spend some time here ourselves in late fall and in spring time, once and a while also in the first quarter because we love the area and our home here.

It is an ideal location, quiet, nice neighborhood but also good restaurants and shopping possibilities nearby. Our home is located on the northern shore of a huge lake. We have sun on our lanai the whole day and we enjoy our privacy. We were fascinated from the early beginning with the view across the large lake where we have wonderful sun raises and sun sets and can watch the birds. Some of our guests call this the "million $-view".
Quiet location but nearby Publix, shops restaurants, public
library and more. Close to beaches and other attractions. The neighborhood is absolutely safe an we have a small clubhouse with a big pool, tennis courts, boccia and a fitness room (also for renters free of charge).
This property was the most beautiful of the properties we have rented in past years. The pool coupled with the lake view was very relaxing. There even was no need to go out.
My husband and I spent the month of January in this beautiful home in Naples. To begin with, the owners were great to work with; correspondences were answered quickly.
They have a gentleman friend who came by to check on us, to see if everything was okay. He was very nice; we talked to thirty minutes.
The pool was heated, the a/c worked well, even when we had a cold night and had to switch the heat on for the night, it worked well.
This house was immaculate.
The neighborhood was great; loved to walk the block and admire all the lovely homes and landscapes.
We did a little fishing in the back yard (catch and release) which was relaxing and fun. Caught a few nice bass.
Very quiet and serene.
Loved the intercom system which allowed us to hear music throughout the house.
Very close to everything, five minutes to Publix, our favorite grocery store.
We had a family gathering while there and my sisters loved the house.
You will find it very hard to find a home like this to rent in beautiful Naples at this price.
We enjoyed out stay and would stay again in the future!

Der Objektpreis (Saisonpreis von 132 $ bzw. Basispreis von 110 $ pro Nacht , plus Endreinigung 165 $ jeweils inklusive Steuern) umfasst maximal 2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder bis 14 Jahren. Jede weitere Person kostet zusätzlich 20 $ pro Nacht.
Nach erfolgter Buchung ist eine Anzahlung von 25 % des Mietpreisespreises fällig, der Rest und die Kaution 30 Tage vor Mietbeginn. Die Mietzahlungen sind auf das Bankkonto des Vermieters in den USA zu leisten. Bei einer Kündigung bis 30 Tage vor Mietbeginn ist der Anzahlungsbetrag, bei einer Kündigung danach der Gesamtbetrag nur dann zu erstatten, wenn eine anderweitige Vermietung realisiert werden kann; die Kaution wird in jedem Fall an den kündigenden Mieter zurückbezahlt.
