This stunning condo is a well equipped, one bedroom end unit with a wonderful lagoon/ocean view and excellent location overlooking the beach and Kiahuna Plantation grounds. This Hawaii condo is a second floor (2 story building), one bedroom end unit (end units are preferred--more air through louvers, more view and more privacy) with full kitchen and large private lanai. The unit has king size bed, queen sofa bed living room, newly remodeled granite kitchen, marble/stone bathroom, new Tropitone 'Sling' lanai furniture, and has been upgraded and very well maintained. Newly installed Koa wood cabinets/drawers kitchen and vanity. We are unit 239 in building #36, a prime spot! Please check our website link below for a downloadable map of the grounds which shows location of our unit. The property adjoins Poipu Beach, a white sand beach. Free amenities include use of beach chairs, towels, barbecues, tennis, pool, cable television (2 new TVs), stereo, internet access. Hi def TV... most units do not have true hi def..over 100 channels. A Hawaii condo in paradise.Owners since 1987.Extra beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler and beach umbrella in closet. We are members of the Poipu Beach Athletic Club formerly Kiahuna Swim and Tennis Club... free use of pool, tennis courts and workout facility. Great location near restaurant, bar and activities desk. Long time owners and have continually upgraded and maintained our unit...our children and grandchildren have literally grown up at the Kiahuna.We and guests love it because it is 'old Hawaii' with spacious lawns and beautiful gardens.

We have owned this unit since 1987 and have consistently maintained an 'A' rating from the property management company. In the past couple of years the unit has been upgraded..new marble/stone shower enclosure, granite kitchen, new lanai furniture (Tropitone 'Sling'), new TVs (living room and bedroom) all Koa wood cabinets and drawers kitchen and vanity, new koa upscale fans with remote controls, etc. etc. We are continually upgrading and maintaining our unit. We have many guests that have been returning for many years to our unit. All guests love the view and location (in center of property and near restaurant and activities desk). Great lagoon ocean view and end unit so more air flow, more privacy and more view.
2-3 min walk to beach which is like a private beach with free use of beach chairs and towels.New BBQ next to our building and convenient parking nearby. Unit has beach umbrella, cooler, flashlights, boogie boards and extra beach chairs. Large new bar b q station in front of bldg by lagoon with seating by lagoon. Only bar b qs on the property with seating.
We had a great vacation and condo was everything we could hope for..website pics truly reflect what we experienced.Enjoyed breakfast on lanai and appreciated the beach gear, cooler etc. Condo very well maintained and modern. Thankyou for our first family trip to Kauai..so memorable. Sarah
My wife and I spent a week here on our first trip to Kauia. After spending a busy week in Maui and a week on the big island this was a welcome and relaxing stay. The unit was very week decorated and spacious. Everything we needed for our stay was provided right down to a flashlight for walking the grounds at night. You can spend time visiting the island sites or rake a break and spend time on the grounds or at the beach. Everything you need is very close including some good places to eat. Thank you we really enjoyed it.
We had a wonderful 10 days at Kiahuna Plantations. Our condo was clean with an ocean view.
Weather wise it was very humid so the 2 fans in the bedroom helped to move air around. The grounds are kept immaculate and the washer/ dryer set up was nice, clean and in good working order.
My husband and I had the most wonderful time at Kiahuna Plantation unit 239. The condo came with everything anyone could want, including boogie boards, sand chairs and different size coolers. The setting on the 2nd floor allowed the trade winds to enter the condo and sitting on the balcony was just super relaxing. The owner was easy to work with and helped make our stay in southern Kauai most delightful. An awesome vacation.
Very peaceful resort with terrific landscaping. And the unit is beautiful. Nicely furnished and very well equipped. Kitchen is great and the new cabinets are very striking! Peekaboo water view that's framed by palms! All you could ask for and the owner is great to deal with. We've been to Kauai many times--we'll be returning soon to the same unit!
This is an awesome resort with peaceful atmosphere. The buildings and the landscape are very well taken care of. The unit is on the second floor, it gets nice breeze and has a view of the ocean. It is very tastefully furnished, we loved the oar on the wall (wonder if it was made by the owner?) and the framed photos in the dining area. The kitchen has everything that you need to fix breakfast and simple dinners too. Sometimes we had our meal in the living room, sometimes on the balcony. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable, we slept like babies there. Our kids also slept comfortably in the living-room. If I'd known that the owner had such a nice collection of travel books about Kauai in the apartment, I could've saved some room in my suitcase. It was very convenient that the resort has access to so many beaches all in walking distance. Walking alone offers many activities that are near by. There were many amenities included as tenants of the plantation. It was very easy to work with the owner of the property to arrange dates & payments. It was an incredible vacation and we plan to return here on our next vacation.
Kiahuna is a very peaceful Quite large property. Our unit was well maintained and updated. The unit is well located between beach, shops , and several good restaurants. We did not cook in our unit which was well equipped to do so. We made it a true vacation and ate out. Our unit was a second story end unit with great cross breezes, and very private. WE were twenty year residents of Honolulu and Know Hawaii well. Kauai is as Hawaiian as it gets, enjoy. The owners are a pleasure to deal with.
