This beautiful two-bedroom/two-bath, third-floor, beachfront condominium in Seagull Condominium is centrally located on South Padre Island beach. It's just a short drive from the fishing docks, shops, and wonderful restaurants!

The kitchen is fully equipped with new granite counters, and the condo features three balconies. It's an ideal vacation rental for small families or couples. NO SPRING BREAKERS!

Special features include a view of the beach and surf from the main balcony, a view of the swimming pool from the north balcony, and a completely redecorated interior. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, a large-screen TV, a whirlpool bathtub, and all linens.

The secured complex is beautifully landscaped, and features a heated swimming pool and sun-deck.

A deposit of one-half of the rent will hold your reservation.

Great vacation condo!

We loved our stay at "Heaven on the Beachfront" condo.

The location was perfect, the condo was roomy and comfortable and the huge balcony was great, with an awesome view of the ocean.

I think we've found our new vacation condo! I hope to be back every year.

Wonderful Stay!

This was our first time in South Padre! We loved our stay at this condo! It was walking distance to the beach without having to cross any streets, and had a beautiful side view of the ocean from the balcony by the living room and master bedroom. It was very clean and we also found useful the items to use in the closet (beach toys and umbrella). Thanks again! We dined out at Pirate's Landing and Pelican Station which were good options by the water. There is a bridge/dock where people fish at Pirate's Landing and we were surprised to see people catch fish and other things like sting rays and eels! We also saw dolphins swimming freely!

Great condo...walk to beach!

Very nice property. Kids loved the many balcony views! Master bed was super comfortable and the living room was nicely decorated. Loved the fact that it was a code to get inside gate and front door. One day my son was exhausted from the beach so he went back to condo by himself. I felt very comfortable that he was alone. Loved the fact that I could walk back to the condo from the beach to get cold drinks or snacks for the kids! Will definitely inquire for our next stay.

Great location!

We were happy to run across this nice, secure, well-maintained property. Location is directly across a small, wooden bridge taking you to the beach. The master bedroom and living area have access to a nice third-floor balcony view of the beach, while the dining area balcony has a nice view of Gulf Blvd, and the second bedroom has a nice view of the condo swimming pool.

The condo shares a parking lot with a public-beach-access lot, but you have a reserved spot just beneath your room. The location, being along the road and a public parking lot, makes for a lot of traffic, but we were not distracted by any noise at all in the evenings.

Access to the condo was easy but secure with coded locks on both the main property gate and the condo itself. This made it easy to move back and forth from the beach without having to keep track of a bunch of keys.

Condo owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Taking care of the rental details was quick and easy.

Do check out Isla Tours for a fantastic Eco-Tour/Dolphin Watch boat adventure on the Laguna Madre, and be sure to visit Sea Turtle, Inc. for some fantastic information and up-close viewing of gulf sea creatures.

Great place at a reasonable price! Highly recommended!

Quiet, upscale condo, 89 steps from the ocean

This is the 2nd time that I have stayed at this Condo, and am looking forward to making it a yearly tradition. The owner (Sally) is wonderful to interact with, and is very helpful and proactive. The condo is very large, and has privacy for multiple guests, with the kitchen/living room/dining room being in the middle of each bedroom suite with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom overlooks the ocean and is visible when you lay down on the bed. (Great way to wake up and go to sleep!) There are 3 separate balconies overlooking the pool, Gulf Blvd., and the ocean. The condo is very clean, and is in a quiet, gated complex where you feel safe and secure. The owner has become a friend of mine, and I treat this condo as my own when I stay there - she keeps it so clean, and inviting for her guests. I highly recommend staying here!

Relaxing and wonderful

The condo was beautiful, clean, nicely decorated with a wonderful view of the beach. There were three balconies for sitting outside. The complex was smaller, quiet with a great pool and hot tub. We were a few yards from the beach, I could not have asked for a nicer place.

We found Dirty Al's on the south end of the island which served the best shrimp. Al's is not fancy, but is delicious!
