About this property

Just finished complete renovation of this home December 2020. Beautiful Cherry kitchen cabinets with all the amenities of home. Washer and dryer, large 65” smart TV with hundreds of movie channels and hundreds of local channels from everywhere in the US and Canada. High speed internet. New a/c unit. Ceiling fans throughout the home. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and guest room has two twin beds.
Home is located walking distance to Dearborn St where you’ll find great dinning, shops, events and our fantastic farmer’s market every Thursday. Just a few minute drive to our beautiful local beaches. Sidewalks everywhere. Great for walking your pooch. Home sits on 1 1/4 acre lot. No problem parking your boat trailer. And it’s only about a mile to Indian Mound to put your boat in. Lots of privacy. Just across the street from the home is a fenced in wooded lot where at times you will see black angus cows or at times horses.

Great short term rental

This property was pristine in many many ways It was super clean and anything and everything you needed was available I would recommend this VRBO to all. Very conveniently located to beaches, shopping and fun

Amazing Home

This was probably the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed. It was clean, well stocked with about anything you could think of, and so tastefully decorated! The owners welcomed us and were readily available if we had any questions. If I were to ever have a VRBO, I’d want to model it after this one! Loved our stay here! Also the location is only about 10 minutes from the beach; added plus!

Amazing Stay!

The home has been beautifully updated, and we’ll situated for trips to the beach and shops/restaurants on Dearborn Street. Mark and Jeri were amazing hosts, and we would highly recommend staying at this home.

AWESOME VRBO

Our Host Mark and Jeri were super friendly, place was very comfortable and clean. Close to our family and gave us a great spot to come home to. I had asked about a hair dryer to see if I needed to bring one and they went and got one. Awesome service.

Perfect little home

I come from North Florida to South Florida for work my crew and myself stayed there for a week we were just looking for somewhere basic to lay our heads at night but what we got was a cozy beautifully renovated home with absolutely anything and everything you would need to enjoy your stay Mark went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and communicated very well would not hesitate to book this again
